  • Simply outstanding. Even better than we ever imagined.

"Gigi & Ian were incredible hosts. The guest house was exactly as advertised, it was better than advertised. Comfortable, super-clean, well furnished. We woke up each morning, walked just a couple of blocks to the Sacagawea Park & the Yellowstone River. Then, just a few blocks walk, we were in downtown Livingston and locating one of the restaurants they recommended for breakfast. We were there for The Hoot, and Gigi made sure we had portable chairs to take to the concert, they had 2 bikes for us to use, too. Wifi at the house worked well, however, it was nice to be "unplugged" for the week! The neighborhood is gorgeous, historic homes, charming and unique. Neighbors and people in town were as friendly as Gigi & Ian. Spent a lazy few hours, one afternoon, on the hammock under the aspen trees. The terrace off the main bedroom was great for star gazing at night. Incredible sky, perfect weather and wonderful lodging. I can't say enough about how comfortable and enjoyable this guest home made our trip. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We will be back next year, for sure! And, I know I've likely found a few more occupants for next spring and summer, I've been spreading the word about the home and the town on Livingston. Thank you, Denise & Randal - Blue Springs MO (Kansas City MO Suburb)"

  • Luxury living at it's best!

"This place is fantastic! We loved every part of it. Plenty of room to spread out, yet a large family/dining area to play games and be together! We really felt like this was someone's home we were staying in - as opposed to a piece of 'rental' property. I did read reviews about the beds in the bunk room being uncomfortable, but I can personally attest to their comfort! High class place!"

  • Worked well for us 4 adults. Good location for all activities.

"House was fine. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. We used the grill out back and were able to eat out there as well. Back yard is nice as it is away from road. I could read and sit in sun. As others have mentioned - the windows are a bit of a mixed bag. Some you can open and others not. Front bedroom where my husband and I slept did not have capacity to open any Windows. There is window AC so we ran the fan. In fall when it's not too hot would be nice to be able to open window. All in all super place and we enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean- good bathroom and hot water, etc. If adult is staying in lower room it would be nice to be able to lock from outside. Just a thought."
