  • Double T (Time Together) River Ranch Lives up To Its Name!

"My extended family of 28 people, from our 87 year old mom to her 3 month old great grandson, spent an unforgettable week at the Double T River Ranch in mid-July and it was better than any of us could have imagined. The pictures are accurate but don't really do justice to this wonderful place and the warmth and welcome-ness you feel the minute you step out of your car and are greeted by Addie. We gathered everyday at and around the remarkably restored barn for food, games, socializing and just plain hanging out together. We swam in the refreshing pond, played soccer games on the expansive green lawns, competed in fierce volleyball and bocce ball matches and hit endless golf balls onto the turf green. We fished in the Shields river and caught, rainbow, brown and cut throat trout. The main house, guest house and barn are beautifully restored by Mitch. If you pay attention to detail then look closely and you will like what you see. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas are all very well constructed and furnished. The 2 cabins by the river are not run-of-the-mill log kits, they are high end and also finished with gorgeous reclaimed wood flooring and beautiful details. There are lawns and landscaping around the cabins situated just above the banks of the river. We watched a pair of bald eagles (and they watched us!) every evening as they perched in trees on the hillside across the river. Awesome. We did a day trip to Yellowstone, floated the Madison river and hiked up Sacajawea Peak, all easy drives from Clyde Park. But most of the time we stayed on the ranch. Oh there were plenty of trips into town, the purveyors of Clyde Park Tavern, Antlers Bar and Glenn's Market all got to know us. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and willing to trade stories with us. We did the majority of our food shopping at Glenn's market and found fresh meat, a good selection of fresh vegetables and pretty much all the staple items that we needed. it is located less than a mile from the Double T so steer clear of Costco if you are coming through Bozeman! Also, the kitchen in the barn is of restaurant quality and we used the heck out of it. It included everything we needed to fix meals for all 28 of us. Jeff stopped by most days and took care of whatever we needed. He even gave us a tour of the historic grain elevators. The trip really could not have been better, it felt like a once in a lifetime vacation. But we certainly hope to return soon!"

  • Perfect for couples and hikers!

"Perfectly located off Rt 2 and close/minutes to the entrance of west Glacier Park, this cozy cabin in Coram was the right fit for our hiking vacation. However, before I get to the details of the cabin, I must speak to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Keshia Fisher as she literally bailed us out at the last minute. We were scheduled to stay at a different rental and were called by the homeowner as we were driving up from Missoula--the house we rented could not be reached due to flooding caused by recent rains. I quickly emailed a few homeowners on Homeaway requesting last minute availability and Keshia called me back within minutes and said she could get their place ready in a couple of hours for us. After dining on a delicious pizza over at the Glacier Grille (right down the street), we drove to this perfect little retreat. We opened the cabin door to an open floor-plan with an efficient, modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and stocked cabinets with cooking utensils, dishes/glasses etc. An open family room and table-for-two occupied the other half of the room where we watched Direct TV and posted our pictures each day using the cabin's WiFi. A half bath with stacked washer and dryer completed the first floor and we were so pleased to go home with a suitcase of clean clothes. The spiral staircase led up to the loft with a comfy queen size bed, bathroom/shower and plenty of space for our clothing, packs and gear. And the walk out porch was great to leave the door open and hear the crickets at night and birds in the morning. The downstairs wrap around porch with a table and grill in the back made for a nice dinner outside. The train was not a disturbance to us and we enjoyed hearing it whistle by. If our travels ever bring us back to Montana and the Glacier Park area, we would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. The hospitality and location can't be beat!"

  • Perfect cottage for our family

"We had a fantastic stay at the Rosemary's cottage while visiting Yellowstone. The cottage is comfortable and clean, we really liked the reading corner and the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, sofa bed included. The garden is so colorful with different flowers and trees. Really enjoyed our stay, we will go back."

  • Amazing views at this unique property

"We enjoyed returning to this place each day after exploring Glacier National Park. It was about a 20 min. drive to the West entrance. The view from the deck is stunning, so we had dinners and s'mores there every night. The solar power provided all the electricity we needed, and it was fun to see how much we used each day. Ty answered all our questions and took care of all our needs. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends."
