  • Home away from home.

"I stayed at this lovely home with my family over the holidays, and I can't imagine a better set up. Some places say they are ski in/out but this place actually is. It's an end unit so you literally walk out the front door, pop your skis on, and you can go right down to either the Pony Express or Iron Horse lifts. Does that make it a double ski out? I don't know but it was more than ideal. Likewise, you can ski from the top of the mountain right past the lodge to the front door - no hiking whatsoever in your boots and skis. I could tell our neighbors were jealous watching us come and go. The home itself gives one the feeling of being in your own home. Warm, cozy, comfortable, and spacious are just a few words that come to mind about the space. The beds are AH-mazing (mattresses, down feather comforters - not the cheap kind), hot water & water pressure never failed us (even when all showers were going at the same time), and the view from the jacuzzi -- I was speechless watching the stars with a glass of wine in hand and the jets on full blast. And did I mention the beds? Cause it was like sleeping in a five-star resort suite. As for checking in and out. Emily is SO responsive and so helpful with everything from where to rent skis, what shuttle service was the best to take to/from the airport, and even what to order at the lodge bar. Everything in the home had a place that it belonged - and it's labeled!!! So you know what glasses/plates/mugs etc. go where. No guessing and having a hodgepodge of items in the cupboards. I don't know about anyone else but I like knowing where things belong. I can't say enough about this place other than I hope I can come back soon. I was here for the snow but I'd love to come back in the summer. There's nothing better than looking out onto Moonlight Basin with a full moon. I recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Great for a get together with friends or family. Activities that everyone can enjoy. And a home that feels like a home. Doesn't get much better than that. Thanks so much to Emily!!! Our family needed this!"

  • Town Life

"This was a wonderful place to stay right in the middle of downtown Whitefish. The accommodations were spacious and loved having the outside deck. The deck was actually pretty secluded because of the trees. We had the windows open at night and after 11:00 pm there was virtually no noise. The place is very convenient to dining, shopping, and traveling to different locations. It is just a couple of blocks from the walking path. There is a farmer's market on Tuesday night in the park that is very fun with food trucks, music, and local produce and crafts. We really enjoyed our dinner at Tupelo's. The owner was always quick to respond if there was a problem or you needed something. If you want to be in the middle of things, it is a perfect place."
