  • Great rental that just far enough outside town but just close enough.

"The home is right outside of the town and YS entrance but yet it seems like its sitting in the rural MT riverbanks. It was very comfortable and roomy for my group ( 4 adults and 2 tweens). All the little extras ( condiments, extra laundry stuff, tinfoil, etc.) made it so perfect. The riverside bank and fire pit/porch area were amazing. The games and fishing poles were a lifesaver for the kids as well. Owner and family were super nice and very easy to get ahold of if I needed communication with them. It felt like home. Great rental.....I would stay again! Also it was clean and had everything anyone would need!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Here. Best ever!"

  • The perfect getaway cabin! Loved every minute.

"My husband and I and our two children (infant and toddler) came out to this cabin from Fort Benton as a Thanksgiving/birthday getaway (my 40th fell on Thanksgiving Day!) and we couldn't have picked a better place. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable, with great cabin decor and lots of interesting books. My husband and I took advantage of the hot tub every night, and afternoons while the kids were napping, and it was sparkling clean and the water was always hot. The hot tub has a really heavy, insulated cover, which is great (especially if you are worried about a climbing toddler), although I probably couldn't open it myself, so keep that in mind if you are traveling alone. My husband could open it himself, though. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, and there was also a memory foam mattress pad for the pullout sofa bed which made it the most comfortable pullout bed ever. All the bed linens, towels and pillows were high quality. There was a pillow for any kind of sleeper! We loved having the fenced yard - perfect for a toddler and our dog, and the bar next door was also great. We walked over for the free Thanksgiving dinner, which was so generous, and we also got takeout a couple times and the food was delicious. The bar itself seemed like a great place to hang out, and if we had been traveling without the kids, we would have stayed for a few. It seemed that every time we walked in the jukebox was blasting Lynyrd Skynyrd, which we loved, but you can't hear the jukebox from the cabin, in case you are worried about noise. The area is my favorite - there is so much to do, from exploring Lion Lake and Hungry Horse Reservoir, to the distillery a mile down the road, to the award winning dog park in Whitefish, and all the breweries in the area. We had fun getting lunch at the breweries and then bringing a growler back for our afternoons hanging out in the hot tub. I can't say enough good things about this place. Greg was really nice, and basically just left us alone, which we also appreciated. We had a little bit of trouble with the thermostat (it needed an occasional jiggle to kick in), and we replaced some batteries in the remotes, but I'm sure Greg would have handled all that if we had asked. None of it was a big deal. All in all, I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Thanks Greg! We really appreciated the cabin and all the little finishing touches."

  • Wonderful!

"Sky Haus was beautiful! The views and wildlife were so fun to watch. Loved being so close to so many attractions. We went horseback riding, whitewater rafting, hiked Beehive Basin, spent 2 days at Yellowstone, did some fly fishing and also went to the top of Lone Peak. It was event filled and a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your place with us."

  • Summer rental

"Lauren's townhouse was great for us and our two dogs. Close to town, great walking neighborhood. Lauren and her handyman were immediately responsive to any questions we had and we had NO trouble with the townhouse at all. Great location within walking distance of Whitefish and wonderful town. House was big enough for 6 people with one bedroom upstairs and two down and 21/2 baths. Balconies front and back. Only issue is the trains, but you get used to them and they didn't bother me at all. In fact, I took the train to CA from Whitefish and it was delightful!"
