  • Property in incline village Lake Tahoe. Virbo #377268

"Property was in a good location and exactly as pictured. Although the condo complex is older, most of the unit has been remodeled. It was great to have a garage stall and open parking right out the front door, it made unloading/loading much easier. It could use a little more light in the living room. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home."

  • Fantastic cabin for family reunion

"We were a family of 6, 2 couples with children. We really appreciated the fact that there was a crib and high chair. (less to pack") Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and nice linens. One of the best features was the upstairs with plenty of room to relax and socialize. Dining area has a large table and has lovely views to the outdoors. The kitchen was large enough for 4-5 people to prepare dinner. The patio has a gas grill and chairs to sit with the downstairs deck having a toasty hot tub. Heaven at a super price!"

  • Great winter experience.

"A somewhat belated review here.... We spent 2 months touring the US and there was no better place that we stayed at. It was our first white Xmas and we all fell in love with the area. The unit was very close to Diamond Peak for skiing and a few minutes to town and the lake. It had a homely feel, somewhat retro. We could spread out as there was plenty of room with three bedrooms that were on the lower level and generous living area upstairs. The place was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The pellet heater was out of action but Val communicated this to us so we were aware of it before we arrived. I found Val to be responsive and easy to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area."

  • Great Vacation

"There were five of us, all adults, and stayed at Third Creek for six nights. The property is in a great location in a very pretty development close to shopping and amenities. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and clean. We used the beautiful deck every day and grilled. There is so much to do in Lake Tahoe so we only used the pool twice but it is beautiful. The unit is in the gated area of the complex and so to get to the amenities you must walk across the creek either on the path or along the road but a nice walk. The owners were very responsive to questions. The only small negative is that the unit backs up to a busy road so there is some noise from the traffic during the day. At night, after 10:00 p.m. it is fairly quiet. All in all a great vacation."
