"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Incline Village and this was our first time staying at McCloud 137. Our first impressions were that this was a very nicely situated condo within a very quiet and well maintained complex. It was a little difficult to find as it is at the end of a run of units. We discovered the garage first then the condo. The condo is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils etc. It was very clean - the only area the cleaners had missed was on top of the armoire in the bedroom. The painted kitchen cabinets are very worn - and need to be re- finished or replaced. The biggest negative to our stay was the tv in the family room was temperamental - it only worked for one day out of 5. There were no instructions on how to use the entertainment system which came with at least 5 different remotes. We would stay here again - as it is very conveniently located and within walking distance of Incline Village's beaches and restaurants."

  • Great winter experience.

"A somewhat belated review here.... We spent 2 months touring the US and there was no better place that we stayed at. It was our first white Xmas and we all fell in love with the area. The unit was very close to Diamond Peak for skiing and a few minutes to town and the lake. It had a homely feel, somewhat retro. We could spread out as there was plenty of room with three bedrooms that were on the lower level and generous living area upstairs. The place was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The pellet heater was out of action but Val communicated this to us so we were aware of it before we arrived. I found Val to be responsive and easy to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area."

  • Great Home for Family Reunion

"We had our family reunion here and this home served all our needs. It has a lot of room, very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the Lake. Kitchen and living room area was open, so everyone was able to assist in preparing meals for the day. Location near to the shopping village and to other sand beach locations. Thumbs up for this property."

  • Cute & cozy cottage feel

"Warm, cozy, welcoming condo with a cottage feel! Loved the loft and twin pullout bed was perfect for our daughter. The back deck was cute to look at during the rainstorms and watch the trees sway. Lots of information was provided about the area, easy to find, and anything you may need is provided."
