  • Excellent Week in Tahoe

"5 Star rating for sure. Condo is beautifully appointed and was located close to the Hyatt and other activities in Incline. We rented this in VRBO from the prior Owner who had nothing but 5 Star ratings, and rightfully so. The property was sold just before we arrived and the new owner was in contact with us numerous times to assure us that everything would be OK. And to his credit it was. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers for most of the time and one night actually had 6 adults plus the teens. The condo is easily big enough for 8 (someone will be sleeping on the pull out sofa, but it was comfortable). The kitchen was perfect and recently renovated. There was adequate parking for 3 cars and the condo complex was well kept. If there is any drawback (and I'm really reaching here) this is a second floor unit with 2 levels (those who don't want any stairs should take note). My wife and I have been coming to Tahoe for more than 20 years and will be giving a Raul a call next time without a second thought. Easily the best value in Incline. Thanks."

  • Second stay in this fabulous condo!

"We stayed here last summer for several days and loved it so much that we came back to spend 10 days. The location can't be beat! We walked to the Hyatt for drinks one night; we used the hot tub, which is just steps from the condo; we used the rec center, which is with walking distance, several times, and we cooked most of our meals in...using the very well equipped kitchen, along with the electric grill located on the very private porch. The beds and linens are very comfy and the whole place is extremely cozy. We will definitely be back!"

  • Great, Clean, Beautiful place to stay!

"The first thing you'll notice walking into the property is just how *organized* everything is. Picture frames with the WiFi password, instructions on using appliances, check out recommendations all laid out perfectly on the walls and countertops, or taped to the appliance. The wood burning fireplace is a great touch to the apartment. Beds were comfortable with additional sheets provided in the closest, the place was spotlessly clean, and the location is fantastic, being just a short drive from Northstar california resort, or a less than 10 minute walk to the Raley's market nearby. It has a fully stocked kitchen with some spices and cooking supplies, and the bathrooms came stocked with soaps, shampoo, sunscreen, etc with a thoughtful note to just take what you need, but leave what you don't in case it proves useful to the next guest. If I could take off just half a star from my rating, it would be because there should have been a key to the garage left for us within the property, but it wasn't there. We searched everywhere for it, and a phone call to the management group confirmed that it should have been. While we lucked out with the weather being clear and sunny during our stay instead of stormy and snowy, I can see how this oversight could have greatly and negatively impacted us if the weather conditions had been different. But since outdoor parking made no different to us during this particular stay, and the overwhelming positives of everything else, 5 stars it is! I highly recommend this property for a North Lake Tahoe getaway, and if indoor garage parking is a priority, perhaps a phone call ahead would do the trick."
