"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Incline Village and this was our first time staying at McCloud 137. Our first impressions were that this was a very nicely situated condo within a very quiet and well maintained complex. It was a little difficult to find as it is at the end of a run of units. We discovered the garage first then the condo. The condo is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils etc. It was very clean - the only area the cleaners had missed was on top of the armoire in the bedroom. The painted kitchen cabinets are very worn - and need to be re- finished or replaced. The biggest negative to our stay was the tv in the family room was temperamental - it only worked for one day out of 5. There were no instructions on how to use the entertainment system which came with at least 5 different remotes. We would stay here again - as it is very conveniently located and within walking distance of Incline Village's beaches and restaurants."

  • Great pad, location for getaway weekend!

"Rented house for weekend for 12 people. Layout and location was great as were amenities. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for parking. Although we did not take advantage of beach reservations/passes we were originally unaware they existed (note these are reservations only, not cost-free). Most guests were comfortable with arrangements. Kitchen updated/modern, but a tad smaller than appears on photos so it gets a little crowded when there are too many cooks working. TVs and wifi worked great/flawless. Hot tub looks brand new and worked great. Owner is very accommodating with questions regarding property. One minor quibble: the drip coffee maker produced a pretty harsh aftertaste and smell - not sure if it needs cleaning/descaling or someone put too much solution in and it didn't get flushed fully. Would stay again."

  • Great house, great location

"This was the perfect house for our family vacation on the North Shore! We loved the location and the beach access passes to Burnt Cedar beach and pool. The management company is also great. Very quick to get back to you, and will take care of whatever you might need during your stay. This house truly sleeps six (perfect for us) and had a great backyard that my kids loved to play croquet out there! One tiny suggestion (or comment) is to make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner they were not provided, but it would be nice if they were. All and all we loved the house and our stay!"

  • Very nice property in a great location

"We had a wonderful stay at Adam's condo, the location is perfect: close to the incline beaches and restaurants such as Lone Eagle, Le Bistro, Austin's and Tomato's We know incline very well, and highly recommend this lovely condo. The description of the condo was accurate, the condo was very well maintained and clean, the condo grounds are beautiful and the owners are prompt to respond to e-mails and questions."
