Lower Kingsbury vacation rentals

We enjoyed this spacious cabin. It has lots of space, yet it is very cozy. Great location in relation to Heavenly. We had a super time!

Outstanding stay. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean, well maintained, well stocked, so many amenities. Hot tub was ready to enjoy even though it was going to snow. We had about 2 feet of snow during our stay so we were in doors with plenty of entertainment provided - Xbox, internet TV, board games, backyard for building a snow man corn hole set up, working BBG. Coffee available, high end refrigerator w/ automatic ice maker with large and small cubes, washer Fryer with detergent fabric softener, Just like being home.

Our original booking was for two months, but we loved this home so much that we extended to six months! As a family we have spent the last few years traveling full-time and have stayed in over 30 vacation/short-term rentals throughout North America. This cabin is quite possibly our favorite out of all the amazing places we have stayed! The host is friendly, responsive, and has anticipated anything her guests might want or need. The cabin is well-stocked with quality items. As a family we strive to live healthy and minimize toxins, so we particularly appreciated details like stainless pots and cooking utensils, and the fresh cleanliness of the home without relying on synthetic scents. The beds were so comfy, and the master bedroom had such beautiful natural light all day- a particularly lovely thing to have through the winter. The many large windows fill all the living spaces with nice light and beautiful views. The living room has comfy couches and a cozy fireplace- perfect for visiting or game night, while the loft family room is a cozy place to enjoy a movie and hang out. The foosball table downstairs was a fun touch. The showers had great water pressure and the outside deck has a great table and chair set and gas bbq for enjoying meals outside on nice days. The neighborhood is surrounded by an endless trail system to enjoy. The neighborhood is an easy drive (a few blocks) from the Stateline area, and close to the lake (can see it from the cabin and can walk to it on

The house is amazing! It is immaculate, well stocked with all we needed. The kitchen is organized and labeled so you can find everything. We loved the hot tub and the views from the back deck!

I will list 3 good, 3 bad and 3 improvements. GOOD *Spectacular view of The Valley below. Priceless!! *Accommodations we’re great. Roomy, rustic and reachable to everything. *Plenty of compare, linen and towels. All appliances were working. BAD *Faucet in guest bathroom was shouting water. Maintenance could not asters due to volume snowfall😱 *Cable was spotty at best. *All rooms were drafty. IMPROVEMENTS *Fix leaks and drafty areas around patio doors *Provide instructions on trash and linen policy. *Better map clarification for winter resources. Overall I gave it 5’s across the board.

Great location and very clean. Unit is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. It’s a wonderful thing to have a useable garage that actually holds the amount of vehicles it states in listing. The owners were the best and so very helpful. We’re definitely planning on staying again.

This house is perfect for a large group. We loved staying at this home for so many reasons. The location is right down the street from Heavenly Resort and the Nevada Casinos. It’s less than a 5 min drive. The house backs up to the mountains so the back yard becomes the wilderness. You can hike in the mountains but watch for bears. We saw one cross in the woods during our stay which the entire family enjoyed. A few family members were out playing cornhole (we brought the boards and set them up in the existing horseshoe area). The bear had no interest in humans. It was just crossing in the distance in its natural habitat. The back yard is enormous and amazing. Complete with clean hottub, ski lift chair swing, nautral boulders you can climb on, a game of horseshoes, hiking, or just relaxing and enjoying the trees and fresh air. You can access the back yard from 2 of the bedrooms on the lower level or from the kitchen side door deck stairs on the main level. Yard is fenced on both sides and neighbors are in the distance. The home is absolutely gorgeous and has comfortable beds and bedrooms throughout. It’s been perfectly designed for a stay to accommodate a large group. The main level has one bedroom with a detached bathroom. Also an awesome bunk room that has 6 beds and an attached bath with toilet & sink. The bottom level has a master bedroom with attached bath, 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a single bunk bed room and a queen bed room with a double vanity sink and bath/shower bathroom across the hall. The kitchen is huge. It has everything you need to prepare large meals, a Viking Range and oven, blender, cutting boards, serve ware, cake pans, large pots and pans, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. More plates, cups, bowls, and flatware than you could use in one sitting and a huge dining room table for everyone in the house to enjoy dinner together. During our stay the kitchen never felt crowded even with everyone in it. There are 2 sinks and plenty of counter space for all of the food and meal prep. We had 3 children in the home during our stay. They have baby gates for the stairs, a pack n play for sleeping and 2 new and clean high chairs. All the kids age 1, 2 and 5 had an excellent time. The home has an abundance of white bath towels, bath tissue and beach towels for you to use. There is a washer and 2 dryers in the garage and a second fridge/freezer for extra food and drinks. Look no further, this is it.
