  • Wonderful home in a perfect location

"This home is not your typical vacation rental. It's apparent that the owners love and use this home and because of this it's very well stocked and extremely comfortable. The location can't be beat, right at the end of the neighborhood and close to the best hiking trails! It was so quiet and beautiful, we wished we could have stayed longer. Everything works as it should, great hot tub on the back patio, nice TV's, well stocked kitchen, comfy chairs, beds and sofas, high end linens, etc. We would definitely come back!"

  • Amazed from the moment we pulled in to the moment we left.

"We drove down from Washington 17 hours, We had a total of 20 people (7 of which were children) We had a 40' motor-home with a car trailer and jeep behind it and a truck with a car trailer and jeep on it and 5 cars. There was plenty of parking for us and a spot in the garage for the Harley's. We show up get parked walk in the house and were instantly amazed. There is room for everyone. Dishes for everyone. Two fridges. We stayed in the house for 7 days, Perfectly located central Stateline we were able to get to places like chimney beach and whale beach within 45 minutes and then also get to the Rubicon trail within 45 minutes. This house is a perfect central point to find what ever you want to do. at night it was perfect to come home and use the GIANT kitchen and BBQ to cook for all 20 people, We made meals from lasagna, to ribs, spaghetti, chicken, breakfast casseroles and crepes. All of the cooking utensils and dishes we could possibly need to cook any of that was provided. The pool table was used every single night for hours as well as the hot tub. It was incredibly convenient to use the washer and 2 dryers. There is a beautiful fireplace and you can open all the doors and windows at night and have as fire and it feels like camping. (We stayed here in late august) As far as booking goes it was all pretty smooth until we tried to pay the full amount. VRBO and my bank were not communicating well. I talked to Monte and he understood and was patient. We had lots of questions about parking and check in and out times and Monte or his personal assistant were sure to answer all of my questions and go out of there way to assist in any way they can. I would stay here a million times. It was worth every penny and every hour of driving. Thank you for letting us use your home Monte. On a sidenote, Even the neighbors are nice!"

  • Outstanding Tahoe Cabin!

"Wife and I stayed here with our 16 month old for a 3 day weekend. Host (Gina) was extremely nice, answered all my questions and even checked in on us during the weekend to make sure everything was going well. Lake Village is a great place to stay when you visit Tahoe, no mater what season. The cabin is very well kept. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a very large living room, extra comfy couch, and a great little game room loft above the kitchen. The deck has some great views of the lake and mountains. Kitchen has everything you need. Location is perfect. Would highly recommend this cabin."

  • Great house, great location!

"This house was perfectly suited for our group of 11 for our stay Feb 3-8. Everything about this home was top notch, as marketed. The home had 5 nice size bedrooms - 3 Queen, 1 King, 1 bunk plus a double aerobed. The layout was perfect as it provided a very nice great room to watch the Super Bowl in. The roof top deck had some amazing views of the lake. The property was very clean and well maintained. The home is situated appx. 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to Heavenly Village and Gondola. Plenty of restaurants, casinos, and nightlife within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, Uber is available. There is a waterfront park on the lake appx. 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend this newer home to those thinking about visiting South Tahoe."
