"Spotlessly clean, newer, and quite private. Ronnie was very accommodating, and gives lots of attention to detail. He furnishes some snacks and bottled water which is very nice when you first get in from the airport. I got concerned that we would be hearing jets since it's so close to the airport. But I only heard one plane during the 3 days we stayed. Don't quite understand it.
Very quiet in general, and I liked being behind the closed gate. The dwelling appears to be a duplex with some attached storage. There was a vehicle parked in the other parking space outside the gate, and we were apparently sharing the courtyard with the other unit. But we never saw or heard anyone there. During the day, we did hear some men in the storage area. This was a little startling as it sounded like they were in the same unit with us. I discovered the reason is there is a cold air return in the shared wall, which is nothing more than a small furnace filter over an opening. Too small for anyone to squeeze through, I think, but if I didn't like Ronnie so well I may have been a bit nervous.
You have to drive a bit from here to get to the attractions. So it is up to the individual if they are comfortable enough with modern city traffic as to whether that is a problem.
Ceramic tile shower with two shower heads. Very nice unit. In summary, the potential lack of privacy due to the other unit and the storage room would tempt me to rate this a 4 star. But the attention to detail from Ronnie brings it back up to a 5 star."
