  • Just as described, perfect place for a long weekend in Vegas

"The property is in the Signature towers (there are 3 towers total) connected by moving walkway bridge over into the MGM. It is a bit of a walk to the casino, but the MGM grand pool with lazy river is not too far, and if you prefer a quieter pool area, the Signature tower has its own pool. It is not a far walk to the District where the concerts at MGM Garden arena are held and also many of the restaurants. The rooms were as described, there is no true common area for gathering, there is one door from the hall with a vestibule and two doors to separate rooms. We just kept the inside room doors open to access both areas. Each room has a king bed and pull-out sofa. Beds were comfortable. There was enough room to gather in one suite or the other. Small kitchenette in each room, decent amount of refrigerator space and counter space between the two rooms but we also had a large cooler kept on the balcony. Coffee maker in each room, 2-burner stove top. TV in each room. Bathroom had jacuzzi tub and nice shower. The balcony overlooks the strip and the view is amazing. Check in was easy and the staff at the desk, bell service and valet service are extremely friendly and helpful. Accomodations are similar to a hotel but upgraded and better price. Especially since there is no resort fee and no parking fees. Pub 1842 in the MGM has incredible burgers, though all the food looked amazing and a great selection of beer on tap. Monorail stop is close to the room and will save alot of time getting to anywhere on the strip. Best dinner during our stay was at Firefly Tapas restaurant just off the strip. We were in town for the Jimmy Buffett concert so of course that was amazing! Best attraction was the High Roller at the LINQ. We were a group of 8 celebrating a 50th birthday and the accomodations were perfect for what we needed. I would absolutely recommend and would book again for future trips to Vegas!"

  • What an awesome home for a family vacation

"We were a little concerned about vacationing in Vegas during the winter months with our extended family of 8 adults and 8 children between the ages of 2-17. But this house was immediately welcoming , well maintained and immaculately clean. Its owner met us at the door and walked us through showing us how the pool, heater and waterfall worked; how to set the temperatures in the house's four zones, where the game room stocked with toys and childen's games was and how to use the automatic fireplaces. The few times we needed him during our ten-day stay, he promptly came over and handled what was needed. The pool maintained its 89.9 degree heat for our full stay and was at that temperature when we arrived. The rental cost was far below that of a good hotel and allowed us to enjoy a true family vacation with all of us under one roof. And true to the courtesy we received throughout our stay, we received a full refund of our security deposit the following week. Imagine that, 8 kids under one roof for ten days and no effort was made to find some way to keep a little of the deposit. This is the place to be for a family or close group of friends. I.T."

  • Big house

"Our group of seven came for a business trip and it served us nicely. Quiet neighborhood but not to far from the strip."
