  • Amazing - again

"My wife and I have stayed in this unit on two occasions and we are hooked. There's something extra special about enjoying a full day on the slopes and knowing you'll be coming home to this inviting, modern, clean, perfectly located, quiet, restfully comfortable, and cleverly furnished home away from home. Trust me when I say that even doing laundry in this gem-of-a-dwelling is fun. We can't wait to wash some more. And NO, I've not been drinking."

  • Great Location...Nice and Quiet...Clean & Comfortable

"I want to start by saying that Pam & Bev's home was greatly located and very comfortable. We were there for a softball tournament and it was nice to be so close to the fields. Yes I would absolutely recommend this property and we'd love to stay again...and their other property, as well. How do I know they have 2? Well we booked the 3 bedroom but was given 2 different addresses...next door to each other. We called and they gave us the code because the one they gave us didn't work for either home, which at the time we didn't realize they had 2 homes. We got into a beautiful home but we wondered why they called it a 3 bedroom (it had a loft) but it only had 2 bedrooms. We were going to make it work...it was lovely. So the 3 of us got all unpacked and we're watching the NBA finals (big Warriors fans) when we get a knock at the door...we're in the wrong house. So we called Bev & Pam and they were very nice. We got it all straight but we had to pack everything up and move and by the time we got situated, the basketball game was almost over. Disappointed... The home we rented kind of didn't seem ready for us. No letter on the counter like the first house with wifi info, etc. No big deal but the first house just seemed a bit more welcoming....again, not a big deal. I had to unload the dishwasher, which didn't set well. I paid a cleaning fee so I didn't think I had to unload the dishwasher. There was no dish soap, either. I was suppose to wash the towels but there was no laundry soap. None of the above was a deal breaker for us but just felt it had to be mentioned. Bev & Pam, your homes are beautiful, clean and comfortable!! Having said all of this, I still would love to stay again...we come to Reno this time every year and this has been the best location and home away from home that we've had Thank You for opening your home(s) to us :-)"

  • We fell in love with this place!!

"This house is fantastic!! Centrally located in a great neighborhood. We had 7 cars and 10 people for Hot August Nights and this house couldn't have worked out better for us. Plenty of space for us all to be together and plenty of space for us all to get away from each other. The backyard was our go to and it served us well. We had plenty of linens, towels and toiletries. The house binder that all the information and instructions on the house was very helpful. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. We really feel in love with this house!! Lisa is wonderful to work with and the personal note when we arrived was very much appreciated!!! Can't wait to go back and stay in this house again!!!!"

  • Great property and fabulous location

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The views in all directions were amazing and the location was awesome. There was plenty of space for entertaining, and it was just a short walk to the park and other spots for food or entertainment. The building felt secure, which was a top priority for our family. The co-op grocery just a block away was wonderful - a real gem in a big city! The beds and linens were first-class, certainly a step above hotel living. The Discovery Museum was a treat for the family, and is walking distance. An absolute MUST while in Reno is to eat at The Stone House Cafe - profiled on Guy's "triple D" show a while back - it is consistently AMAZING!! The owner provided excellent directions and was available for communication. We will certainly look to this property the next time we are Reno-bound!"
