  • Just what I was looking for!

"We frequent Vegas 1-2 times a year, and this time we brought our small kids and a babysitter. This was the best set up, EVER. There was one main door (that could be locked) that led to a foyer type thing, and each identical bedroom with stocked kitchenette had its own door off the foyer. Each bedroom could be locked, but we chose to lock the main door, and propped both bedroom doors open slightly so the babysitter could have some privacy while our kids slept in our room on the pullout couch and we hit the tables! We were more than pleased with the rooms. And the walk to MGM pool was not bad at all...maybe 7 minutes, all air conditioned. Walking to the MGM casino was about 10-11 minutes, again, not that bad considering how huge MGM is. The only downside is the distance from the Strip, but that's such a small inconvenience for what we got in the rooms that it wasn't a problem. In fact, we rented a car because we needed to bring car seats, and we decided that we will rent one from now on because it was so easy to get around. IDK that we would stay there again just the 2 of us, as we would like to be a little closer to the casino, but for this trip, it was a perfect set up, and if we brought our family again, we would definitely stay there."

  • Fantastic Condo in Incline

"This condo is beautiful! Very clean, has everything you would need in the kitchen and easily room for our family of six. The living room/back deck has a nice view of the forest. The pool is a good size and an easy walk from the condo. Karen and Don were very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Karen was extremely helpful in planning our vacation. The beach access pass and easy parking was an excellent bonus. We were able to easily walk to the Hyatt and the public beach is nearby, but we did not go to it as we had the private beach passes. We went on the very busy 4th of July weekend and this condo was very peaceful and calm, while the beaches were busy with street vendors, bands and great food. We had a great time, wished we could stay longer and will stay again."

  • Great Location...Nice and Quiet...Clean & Comfortable

"I want to start by saying that Pam & Bev's home was greatly located and very comfortable. We were there for a softball tournament and it was nice to be so close to the fields. Yes I would absolutely recommend this property and we'd love to stay again...and their other property, as well. How do I know they have 2? Well we booked the 3 bedroom but was given 2 different addresses...next door to each other. We called and they gave us the code because the one they gave us didn't work for either home, which at the time we didn't realize they had 2 homes. We got into a beautiful home but we wondered why they called it a 3 bedroom (it had a loft) but it only had 2 bedrooms. We were going to make it work...it was lovely. So the 3 of us got all unpacked and we're watching the NBA finals (big Warriors fans) when we get a knock at the door...we're in the wrong house. So we called Bev & Pam and they were very nice. We got it all straight but we had to pack everything up and move and by the time we got situated, the basketball game was almost over. Disappointed... The home we rented kind of didn't seem ready for us. No letter on the counter like the first house with wifi info, etc. No big deal but the first house just seemed a bit more welcoming....again, not a big deal. I had to unload the dishwasher, which didn't set well. I paid a cleaning fee so I didn't think I had to unload the dishwasher. There was no dish soap, either. I was suppose to wash the towels but there was no laundry soap. None of the above was a deal breaker for us but just felt it had to be mentioned. Bev & Pam, your homes are beautiful, clean and comfortable!! Having said all of this, I still would love to stay again...we come to Reno this time every year and this has been the best location and home away from home that we've had Thank You for opening your home(s) to us :-)"

  • Gorgeous views of Downtown Reno

"It is impossible to say how awesome the views are from this condo but I will try. From the dining room all the way through the living room are floor to ceiling views of Reno. You can easily sit on the balcony or in the living room and see all the way from west of Peavine Mtn. to Sparks. The view, of course, includes Downtown Reno right in front of you, the Truckee River just beneath you, and the mountains surrounding north Reno slightly in the distance. The first night I sat on the balcony sipping some wine and heard the church bells ring, watched tourists enjoy a street festival, saw a dramatic fireworks display light up the sky, and afterwards enjoyed the sound of the bullfrogs and crickets on the Truckee River below the condo. Very nice. It is an eclectic and artsy condo with all the comforts you need, plus some of the most interesting and amusing artwork I have ever seen. Go and see how, "Art Changed Bob's Life" LOL. I also slept like a baby in the king-sized bed. The master bedroom is a place to enjoy peace and quiet. It gets nice and dark in there, which I need for good sleep....but if you open the blinds you can also enjoy the views. Thank you DeLores and Dave for making my short stay there fantastic."
