  • A home away from home

"This house is a beautiful home that we had the joy of staying at for 7 days. The view was amazing every morning waking up sitting on the porch watching the sun rise over the trees and mountains. The house was very convenient for my stay because it is in the middle of everything. Being able to sit on the porch and watch the kids play football on the beach was great. The house has such a home feeling. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The rooms are very big and having a big kitchen so everyone can sit at and eat was very nice. This house had it all. We can not wait to go back next year."

  • A perfect lake getaway without any frills.

"We felt tucked away in nature, having just enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. Our favorite memories will be eating breakfast on the deck just outside the cottage looking down through the woods at the lake and enjoying the most spectacular sunsets from the deck a short distance down by the edge of the lake. We also loved being close enough to the water to hear the waves lapping against the shore as we went to sleep! This was a totally relaxing environment for a vacation."

  • We highly recommend this condo and would definitely consider staying there again

"We highly recommend this condo and would definitely consider staying there again. The location was within a 15 minute leisurely walk to the lake along the Cross Country Trail or you can drive down too with plenty of parking in the nearby lot. The small beach area was machine raked every day and very clean, and there was a clubhouse nearby to use the restrooms. There are picnic tables close by so we could pack a lunch. There is also a small kid’s playground and bocce court nearby. There were 5 people in our party including our 3 grandchildren ages 9, 6 and 2. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a small TV in the living room and a very small TV in the kid’s room where they could play video games. The other two bedrooms did not have TVs. All the beds were comfortable and having the washer/dryer in the kitchen closet area was very convenient. The gas grill was new and we cooked most all of our meals at home. The kitchen could have used a large glass baking dish, blender, and baking pans but we managed without. We spent a few hours at the Fun Spot playing arcade games when it rained on Sunday and took in a double feature at the Weirs Beach Drive in. This was our 5th summer in Laconia/Weirs beach area and look forward to next year."
