  • Just a perfect setup!

"This property really does provide something for everyone. We had a group from age 4 to 64 and everyone loved it! There are so few properties you can find that are just steps to the water...with a great deck too! There is a very modern and stable dock, a floating raft (as well as paddle boat and canoe)! We did rent a ski boat for a couple of days but there was plenty to do without it. The water is shallow for quite a ways out -which was perfect for the kids. The house is well stocked and very modern. We typically like to rent in different areas each summer to see different places but everyone agreed that we would never find another place as nice as this - so this one may be a repeat for us!"

  • Great for large groups

"We had a great family getaway on Lake Ossipee! The house was perfect for our family which included 6 children who loved the bunk room! Best parts of renting this house include the access to the golf cart for bringing your stuff to the beach, the proximity to the lake, and the large size with private sleeping accommodations for a group. (to get an idea of sleeping arrangements: three rooms each offer 1 queen or full bed, two basement rooms have 2 bunk beds each and each includes one double over single bunk, plus couches, and one twin bed open in the loft area which we did not use) We had fun exploring along the shallow river. We loved the large deck and grill, and the screened porch was a good place to eat smores and get away from the mosquitos. Indian Mound was great for golf though a bit pricey. We loved nearby Yankee Smokehouse, Hobb's, Pizza Barn, and OMG Ice Cream, but it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook. Check in to local rentals, we found the pontoon boats and paddle boards well worth it to enjoy the lake! Definitely call the town to get directions on trash disposal as there is no pick up. Overall a great stay for a big group."

  • Perfect winter escape!

"Beautiful cabin in a convenient location. Jill was a fabulous host and the cabin had everything you might need. Impeccably clean, very cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting by the woodstove, watching the ice sport enthusiasts out on the lake, hiking at Chamberlain-Reynolds, and playing scrabble. We will definitely be back!"

  • 78 Cannes street

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 78 Cannes street and we loved it! The house was very clean but the fridge light was out but no big deal. The only thing I did not like was there were no lids on the trash cans they provided so every morning and night and actually anytime there were animals dragging it around and picking through it and we had to constantly pick up trash around the property. I would recommend having trash cans with lids for all of your properties because this has happened for the past three years with each property I have rented from bayside rentals. Other than that small issue we loved our stay!"
