  • Exactly what we were looking for

"Great place in a beautiful location. We went with four kids aged 5 to 13 and everyone had af great time. Condo is in private setting off the road, so the kids could take off on their bikes without the parents worrying about them getting lost. There's a really nice pool area with an amazing view of the lake and white mountains in the backdrop. There's also a cute little beach. Plus a very nice tennis courts just a cross from unit. The grounds were extremely well maintained and clean. The unit itself was exactly as expected with a limited but beautiful view of the lake, adequate amount of bedding, appliances, cookware, etc., with 2 beds plus a loft that has two twin beds, 1&1/2 baths, I can't speak for the tv package as we never watched it - like to get away from all of that when away. That said, we did appreciate that there were plenty of kids movies for them to watch before bed. Overall great package at a great price - we will be back."

  • Perfect cabin on the lake

"This place is what you imagine when you think of a lakeside retreat: a winding dirt road through the woods, a homey wood cabin with history in the walls, the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore outside your door. The owners were very accomodating about squeezing us in as a last minute replacement for a cancellation, and very friendly and helpful in our communications throughout. (Though they're so well-versed in renting this out, that there really isn't much need to get in touch once you're there.) You're well out of the way, but it's just a ten minute drive back to the heart of Wolfeboro village. There's a private, sandy crescent beach, with a wade out through a sandy cove, and water clear to the bottom even as you swim out to the platform. You're tucked in a nook midway up the eastern shore of the lake, with sun all afternoon and fantastic sunsets over the water. The kitchen is well supplied, and we cooked lunch and dinner on the grill almost every day. The family history is evident all around inside, with old pictures of the construction, knickknacks, driftwood discoveries and more peppered throughout the house; but you don't feel like an intruder, you feel like a welcome guest."

  • Perfect!!

"My husband and I stayed at this cozy cottage this past weekend with our two daughters and our yellow lab. This cottage and the location is absolutely perfect for a quiet get-away. It was private, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock during the day and making smores by the fire at night. Our daughters especially loved paddling around the lake in the pedal boat. We also went swimming!! The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to returning. - thank you!!"

  • Great place to stay.

"We celebrated a 50th anniversary with our family of 10 here. The beds are comfortable, plenty of room in this 3 level home for everyone. Clean and well supplied. Plenty for all ages to do with numerous inside games & outside water toys. . SO convenient to everything-just minutes to beach, mini-carts & golf, beach and boardwalk, not to mention restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would rent this home again. K & J. Bradfield"
