  • Beautiful View, Tranquil Setting, Great House!

"We just spent a week at this lovely home situated right on Lower Beech Pond. The homeowners have recently updated many features of the house. It was perfectly clean and stocked with every amenity! Carl and Erika were fantastic at every turn, offering suggestions for hiking, etc. The house has a lovely view of the pond with a small dock and raft. The pond is crystal clear and great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Don't miss out on this one!"

  • Perfect family vacation spot in New Hampshire waterfront.

"It's such a gorgeous spot with stunning views right over the water and just so beautiful to wake up to that every morning! The place itself is absolutely lovely. Plenty to explore or simply the perfect spot to switch off and enjoy the peace around you.The management is very accommodating and you will not lack for anything"

  • Amazing, just book it!

"This home is magical, no joke. From the moment we arrived it did NOT feel like a rental, it felt like a warm ,cozy, beautiful, love and light filled home. We have rented countless homes and never had an owner as thoughtful and welcoming as Sabet. It is obvious that she not only cares and loves this home, but she genuinely wants to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Every details is thought of to ensure a wonderful stay. The decor in the home is functional, stylish and comfortable. Everything looked very Pottery Barn mixed with custom cottage chic, vintage touches. The Lake is serene, the fall colors were breathtaking and the home is so wonderful we were happy to spend most of our time there. We kayaked, sat by the fire pit, made delish meals, antiqued and relaxed. Each room in the home has character and plenty of space. The downstairs is a walk out with plenty of light, a large TV, wood burning fireplace and comfy furnishings. Its clear all the previous renters have given the home the respect and care it deserves because everything was in great condition. The downtown is close and offers several dining options and cute shops. This felt less like a rental and more like a "home swap". I am a tough crowd and I HIGHLY recommend this place. Would give it six stars if I could! Thank you Sabet for the lovely stay as well as all your thoughtfulness that made it so welcoming."

  • The Brick House is A Wonderful Place!!!

"My wife and I hosted a mini family reunion for our 5 adult children, spouses and grandchildren. In total, we were 11 adults and 4 grandchildren. The home was absolutely perfect!! Julie's decorating talent and her caring touch for detail was evident throughout the home. From her welcome home baked cookies and fully furnished kitchen to the comfortable beds and pillows, everyone in our party had a fun and relaxing time. The home has plenty of parking and sits off the road enough to be private. It is well sited with a local grocery store, a pizza place, and other shops within walking distance. In particular, I enjoy running and loved the fact that a local trail is conveniently nearby and is a scenic place for walking, jogging and biking. The home was everything we were looking for and Julie was very easy to deal with. We will absolutely consider renting it again in the future."
