  • Excellent location and access

"We had a great stay the last week of July, owners are very hospitable and welcoming. Cottage was ideal for our teenage daughters and friends. Beautiful views and easy access to the lake and surrounding areas. Cottage is cozy but has old time lake feel. Great dock and we used every inch of space with the kayaks, jet ski, and paddleboards. Hope to make reservations again next year."

  • Cute, quiet, perfect location!

"So happy with this bed and bath. It was right in downtown and we walked to everything while we were here. Right above a craft beer store but you would never know. Quiet, private, but amazing location. Right when we checked in the air conditioning was already on for us so it was nice and cool. The fridge was perfect to stock some beverages. The size was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The binder in the room is packed with information on good places to eat and different things to do. Our first night we went to Garwoods and sat outside right on the lake. It was amazing and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Holly was kind and helpful and ready to answer any questions."

  • A Beautiful, Clean, Unforgettable Stay!

"While I am not a huge "vacationer" I was not exactly sure of what to expect when renting a house out for my family. This being my very first time renting instead of staying at a hotel, I was absolutely blown away!! The house is so well kept and the view of Gunstock Mountain takes your breath away. My husband and I took our kids down to the public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee which was very clean. We also drove them about 15 minutes down the road to Wolfeboro Center for ice cream too many nights I'd like to admit ;). We really enjoyed some old fashion fun up here. Most nights outside stargazing and roasting marshmallows (the fire pit was immaculate when we got there!). I cannot say enough how nicely kept the house was and the space that we all had so we surprisingly did not get sick of each other. I can't wait to book our next trip here and make it a tradition!!"

  • Great bass fishing, relaxing

"This property has easy access to the water, great for our main goal of daily fishing. We caught lots of fish. We slept in the newly updated lower level and enjoyed the warmth of the lovely gas fireplace in the cool fall evenings, as well as the beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom."
