  • Loved Squam at Stillwater

"We absolutely loved our stay at Stillwater! The place was so clean, quiet, and cozy. We brought our bass boat and fished the lakes in the morning, and in the evenings we enjoyed trolling by our place for fish. The dock was so convenient, and steps from the back porch. We saw bald eagles almost everyday. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch for board games and lunch. Thank you both, be back soon!!"

  • Amazing Summer Spot for These Visitors from Texas!

"We came up to Newfound Lake with our entire family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. This beach rental provided an absolutely perfect and spacious backdrop for family togetherness! From s'mores in the firepit to playing in the sand and water at the private beach to puzzles in the cozy house at night, we made amazing memories during our stay. I would recommend this rental property to any family looking for complete relaxation in the beautiful woods and waters of New Hampshire!"

  • Great stay!

"We had a great stay at the Jack O'lantern Condo. The condo was spacious and very well maintained. It was also close enough to the mountain to make it an easy ride. I would definitely recommend it."

  • A comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting.

"The highlight of this cottage is the screened porch with a view of the lake through many trees. The master bedroom also has a wonderful view of the lake through a picture window. You can drink the pure tap water and the kitchen is well-equipped, although the gas stove requires manually lighting the burners which is a little tricky with sparker. The water is clear and the temperature was ideal for swimming this year. We particularly enjoyed visiting Castle in the Clouds nearby, for the hiking trail, Carriage House restaurant, and mansion tour. I don't know if it is standard procedure, but we also enjoyed the boat ride the friendly owner took us on. The cottage includes access to 2 kayaks, a canoe and a row boat. However, this portion of Winnipesaukee is fairly narrow and there is an almost continual stream of powerboats racing down the middle, creating a lot of noise and rough water, especially in the late afternoon. The wake from these boats makes the float in front of the cottage bounce up and down throughout the day and makes for rough canoeing and kayaking."
