  • Beautiful lake and private beach

"What a peaceful location. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. A great place to relax and get in touch with nature. We spent many hours kayaking, swimming, and just enjoying the beach."

  • Fabulous Relaxing Vacation Home

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. It was comfortable and, very, very clean, had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We enjoyed the grill, loved to open the doors in the morning to hear the birds. We used the screened porch for a mosquito free dinner. We fished off the dock which was lots of fun. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect home for our get away vacation - we truly felt at home!"

  • Fantastic view and everything we needed!

"The house was everything we needed and more. It was better "stocked" with communal amenities than other house rentals our group has experienced (kitchen items, spices, towels and sheets, etc.). Being able to use the propane grills without worrying about buying propane was a huge plus! All rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had no problem taking hot showers with 8 people in the house. Easy access to Ellacoya State Park, Weirs Beach and (on rainy days) The Fun Spot! :) I would definitely recommend this place to a group of 6-8 in the future!"

  • Picturesque, heavenly, very accommodating, cozy and relaxing!

"If you're looking to relax and forget the rest of the world, this cottage is perfect! The cottage has been updated, but still maintains the original look and feel of the knotty-pine Winnipesaukee cottages of the past. The path to the dock is very natural, and the sandy area is a great place to have your morning coffee. We did a lot of kayaking around the area coves, swam everyday, fished and in the late afternoon just hung out on tubes while floating around the cove. In the evening the deck was the perfect place for grilling and eating outside at the picnic table, with a fabulous view of the mountains. The porch was great for breakfast, or later evening board games. We saw lots of loons, (two right near the dock), an eagle, hummingbirds and caught fish as well! The dock is my favorite spot for reading, or diving off for a good swim! We'll be back and are so happy to have found a little piece of paradise!"
