  • 213 Bristol. Seabrook NH. 8-20-16 to 9-5-16

"Such a wonderful stay. The home at 213 Bristol Street, Seabrook NH was just beautiful. It was clean and very accommodating for my family. It was spacious and had sufficient sleeping accommodations. The open concept of kitchen, dining area and living area was perfect. The central air conditioning kept us cool. By the way there is a back up window air conditioning system. Sufficient bathrooms and showers also. The hot outdoor shower was convenient when returning from the beach. The grandchildren took advantage of the outdoor shower thus avoiding bringing sand into the house. Great parking for six vehicles if needed. We used the outdoor gas grille several times. Washer/dryer off the kitchen was great for doing laundry. Because there is residence and permit parking only, the neighborhood is very safe and friendly. This is reflected on the beautiful clean beach which is uncrowded. Just a short walk to the beach from the house. We had a great two weeks at this beautiful home at this beautiful beach. Lastly the owners were always available either by email or in person for any problems or questions which we may have had."

  • Great time! So close to the festival but far enough that it didn't keep you up all night!

"The location was great. A quick walk to the beach and the festival. The only tough piece was the single shower. With the number of people we would need two showers. The house was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfy. Had some issues with the other renters taking parking spots but eventually got it all worked out. The neighbors were incredibly nice. A great time was had by all. My only request would be the owner provide sheet pans and lobster crackers. There was not a lot of cookware."

  • A great vacation.

"I hated to leave this spot! The home was comfortable and had everything we could hope for in a vacation. We hope to return next year!!"

  • I wish I could live there, day in day out….

"It had been an exhausting day. I had missed my first flight from San Francisco to Boston (8a.m.), due to traffic tie-ups. Fortunately, another plane left four hours later. By the time I arrived in Boston, my waiting family had all gone to bed and I would not be seeing them that day. It was raining in Boston, I picked up my rental and began the trip up to Exeter. It was 11p.m. I was exhausted and bleary eyed and I don't know if this ever happens to anyone else, but my GPS got me lost and at 12:30 a.m., I was wandering around in the pouring black no more than a block away from my rental, without knowing. When I finally found the little house (with lights a-blazing and pumpkins lining the entry) I was near weeping. I sloshed to the door with all my trappings, opened it and walked in. This little house was more than I had imagined! It felt like home the instant I walked in. It could not have been nicer if there had been a warm cup of your favorite drink and a cozy fireplace blazing. I lingered over every sweet space, taking in all the special touches my hostess had lovingly added - from the antique blue bottles and blue stripped clay ware on the shelves in the kitchen, to the cozy living room which during the daylight hours would be filled with light and endless scenes of New England Autumn beauty, to my bedroom (lucky me!!!) with soft beautiful linens and lovely antiques filling the room. I fell asleep quickly under down comforter, to the continuing sound of rain. I "played house" for a week in this charming place. Hopi was the perfect hostess who, unfortunately I never saw, but spoke to daily in answer to all my needs. The little house was spotless, charming with sophisticated accents while still maintaining a cottage feel , had all the basics for simple living, was close to shopping and the darling town of Exeter and most importantly, a five minute drive to my grandchildren. I did not want to leave. Everyone who came to the house, from young to old, would happily and excitedly look through everything and settle in their favorite place. I loved it. If granted opportunity, I will be going back several times a year to my little cottage home, in Exeter New Hampshire. Thank you VRBO and thank you Hopi, for this wonderful experience!
