  • Great house in a great location!

"This was our 4th year in a row renting this house. It's is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. My kids, wife and I love the proximity to great hiking and river activities. The owner has been great and the place is very clean. The open kitchen and great room are perfect for hanging out after a day of outdoor fun, and the screen porch is just fantastic early in the morning and for a cool breeze on a hot night. Off course the giant tub is a favorite for the kids and bubble baths. We'll be back for sure."

  • wonderful memories in a beautiful place!

"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house! There was plenty of room for my husband and i and our four grown children and 2 more guests. Having coffee on the deck in the morning was heaven. Our weekend couldn't have been better!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We spent a week with my husband, 18 month old daughter, my brother, and my girlfriend and her boyfriend and 2 kids (10 and 12). We had such a blast! The house is walking distance to the private beach on the Saco, where we tubed and it was deep enough to swim a bit. It's also a short drive to many other swimming holes, and Diana's Bath, which is great for a short hike and some "water slides." Humphreys ledge is close by as well, where you can jump in. We spent time at Story Land too, right around the corner. It's a short ride into North Conway for all the local shops. My daughter had an amazing time. The house was clean, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to stretch out and relax while we were there. There were two full baths, which was great. There is AC upstairs, which worked great. It was nice to be able to cook while we were there so there wasn't the added cost of dining out. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc and a dishwasher to make clean up easy. (Although we did have to go to Glen Junction at least once :) Best breakfast and right down the street!) The owners were very helpful, answering questions and emailing us in advance of our stay to let us know about little things. They were very responsive, and pleasant to do business with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Clean and inviting

"As soon a you walk through the door you feel welcomed. The condo was very clean in inviting. Queen size bed was very comfortable and no complaints about the bunk beds. Condo is pretty well furnished also and was not looking for something not there. We would, however, recommend a new fan for the 'master bedroom' because it is very noisy and better kitchen lighting. Also, if laundry detergent was present we could have started the towel wash, etc. Thank you for every thing and see you next year or this fall!"
