  • The Perfect Moutain Getaway

"Our family of four just spent the past week in Lori's unit and loved it! Everything we could have possibly needed was all right within arms reach. When we arrived, the unit was immaculate, with fresh towels and bed linens at the ready. The girls had their own room that they immediately made their own with the boatload of toys and stuffies that made the trip. Mom and Dad were equally thrilled to have a large master suite with a full bathroom. The unit itself was spacious, nicely laid out and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The air condititioning was more than adequate and a God send after a day at Story Land. There were also fans in every room for those night when the air conditioning was a bit too much. The Club House had a lot of downtime activities to keep the girls busy, including a hot tub and heating pool. The playground nestled behind the Club House was a nice quiet little oasis for the girls to burn off some steam. The Staff, both at the Club House and around the grounds, were always cheery and helpful. Location wise, it was close to everything. Story Land and Cranmore Mountain were just minutes away, as was Echo Lake and plenty of places to eat. We pretty much had the Margherita Grill on speed dial ... Given the chance to stay in Lori's unit again, we'd do so without hesitation. Everything went without a hitch and that made our vacation that much more enjoyable."

  • Lovely Condo, Excellent Location, Great Hiking

"We spent several days in August in this condo, which we found to be very comfortable and in a great location for hiking. The condo is very close to the Saco River, with easy access down a set of stairs for wading and exploring. The Condo is very comfortable, with lovely views of the river and quality appliances. The location is ideal for summer hiking. The trails of Crawford Notch are a half-hour drive (without having to go through North Conway) with great hikes to the Presidential Range. The Moat Mountain trail is only a ten minute drive, while the Stanton river trail head is an easy walk from the Condo. The Condo is a great place to stay for summer activities in the White Mountains."

  • Great value for a comfortable stay

"Our stay was very nice. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, as there is so much to do in the area, but the time we did spend there was very comfortable. Everything was in good shape, clean and well take care of. We didn't use it much, but the kitchen has everything you could need. It's located on the first floor, so getting moved in and out was very easy. Wayne was extremely easy to work with, quickly answering any email questions I had. For the cost and space, this was so much better than staying at any of the North Conway / Attitash area hotels!"

  • Quiet and Relaxing Neighborhood

"Great neighborhood and condo nestled just outside the North Conway/Story Land traffic. The owners are very responsive via email and great to work with. House was very clean and even had board games for the kids. We were very happy with our stay here and would certainly come back but a couple things lead to the four star rating instead of five which were pretty small things when renting a house but worth pointing out. The picture and description is a bit misleading as the actual unit is not in the aerial photo with the pool. Wasn't a long walk but certainly longer than the picture suggests. Also, and really the main reason for bumping down to four stars is we rented the condo at the beginning of August where temperatures during the day floated around 80 and there was no AC and no mention of no AC in the description. At night it was comfortable but almost unbearable during the day at some points. Again this is a great condo and certainly worth the money if I were renting in the winter and the pool and AC wasn't an issue it would easily be five stars."
