  • Bartlett Chalet

"We enjoyed the stay - nice area, great views, relatively secluded, but also convenient to shopping and restaurants. House is in very good condition, the open floor chalet style makes for a nice social environment (couches were quite comfortable as well). The heating worked quickly, which was most appreciated during a few very cold days. Owner is readily contactable and very conscientious (in regards to a minor unanticipated issue, he responded decisively and in an exceedingly satisfactory manner). Attitash / Bear Mountain is about 10 minutes and Bretton Woods is about 25 minutes away. Definitely would recommend this place to friends/family."

  • Great house in a great location!

"This was our 4th year in a row renting this house. It's is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. My kids, wife and I love the proximity to great hiking and river activities. The owner has been great and the place is very clean. The open kitchen and great room are perfect for hanging out after a day of outdoor fun, and the screen porch is just fantastic early in the morning and for a cool breeze on a hot night. Off course the giant tub is a favorite for the kids and bubble baths. We'll be back for sure."

  • Comfortable and cozy!

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this perfect condo. We were close to all the major ski areas, Nestlenook Farm, North Conway and more. Although the weather came in with a serious arctic blast and the air temperature dropped to -17 one night with wind chills of -35 that day, the condo was warm and cozy. We purchased a couple bundles of firewood while out exploring and enjoyed a fire and movie at night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Be sure to bring all that you want for cooking including staples, spices, and olive oil. There were clean bed and bath linens and the place was immaculate! The in-unit washer-dryer was a nice touch to warm up our clothing before heading outside. Great view from the double living room sliders; my artist mother enjoyed painting the winter scenes while staying warm inside. The balcony off the sliders would be ideal for a cup of coffee in the morning in more seasonable temperatures. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, which Ken emailed a couple weeks before our trip. Will definitely return next winter."

  • Very comfortable. We'll be back!

"We love this apartment and will definitely try to rent it again this winter. Very convenient for families with kids, as they adore the pool in the evenings after a day of skiing. Very clean, perfectly equipped, and Dave and Jan made everything nice and easy."
