  • Just perfect!

"This is the second time we have rented this property from Brad and Jen and - again - it is just perfect. First of all, the condo is so clean and well kept that you can't help but to feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Secondly, the condo is well equipped with everything from kitchen necessities to toys for the kids - adds such a welcoming touch and lightens the load when packing. Finally, we love the location. From our winter visit & skiing, to this most recent summer trip - there is so much for us to do with our 3 school aged sons. I agree with a previous review that mentions feeling torn about sharing this gem of a place because we want it to be available for our next trip north but appreciate this clean, comfortable, and conveniently located condo so much that we wanted to share our own review!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We spent a week with my husband, 18 month old daughter, my brother, and my girlfriend and her boyfriend and 2 kids (10 and 12). We had such a blast! The house is walking distance to the private beach on the Saco, where we tubed and it was deep enough to swim a bit. It's also a short drive to many other swimming holes, and Diana's Bath, which is great for a short hike and some "water slides." Humphreys ledge is close by as well, where you can jump in. We spent time at Story Land too, right around the corner. It's a short ride into North Conway for all the local shops. My daughter had an amazing time. The house was clean, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to stretch out and relax while we were there. There were two full baths, which was great. There is AC upstairs, which worked great. It was nice to be able to cook while we were there so there wasn't the added cost of dining out. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc and a dishwasher to make clean up easy. (Although we did have to go to Glen Junction at least once :) Best breakfast and right down the street!) The owners were very helpful, answering questions and emailing us in advance of our stay to let us know about little things. They were very responsive, and pleasant to do business with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Winter trip

"The cabin is a lot bigger than it appears in the photos! It has a very homey feel with an amazing view on a quiet street. It is literally like 3 minutes away from attitash 20 minutes from Bretton woods and maybe 25-30 minutes away from North Conway. I stayed with 11 people and we all fit very comfortably. Checkout was for 11am on the last day, but since no one had booked the day we were leaving the owner Rick Latham let us stay until 5. The cabin did get very dry with the heater running, but nothing unbearable. Definately get the best bang for your buck with this cabin I will definitely be looking at this place again for future visits since it fit my whole group very comfortably with space left over!"
