"We enjoyed our stay at your condo at The Lodge at Lincoln Station B 107. Robert was very communicative via the Homeaway.com site and mailed us the card key to the condo well before the start of our vacation with a list of tips for using the condo. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Lincoln, NH. Best for a couple, but accommodated three of us, with one private bedroom w/ queen bed and portable AC unit and the use of the living room couch that converts to a double or queen bed (no AC in this area, but wasn't needed). Plenty of clean linens/towels and the unit was clean and well stocked with a coffee maker and Keurig Coffee pods. Small kitchen area with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. This kitchen area blends into the living room area. Two TV sets, DVD player, Table Tennis/ Ping Pong paddles and balls for the rec room. There is a small porch accessed through sliding glass doors on ground level, with plenty of chairs and two small plastic tables, that overlooks the front parking lot, outside pool area and entrance road. A short walk through the parking lot brings you to Gordi's Steak and Seafood Restaurant or Black Mountain Burger. Many other restaurants and attractions are within a short drive. We ate at Gordi's and enjoyed our meals in the skiing themed casual restaurant.
Indoor and outdoor pools with a nice hot tub at the indoor pool. The outdoor pool did not feel heated and the water was too cold for us to enjoy over Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool was fine, along with the hot tub.
The complex has a "great room", kids game room, pool table, 24 hour table tennis room, outdoor deck on the river side of the property and a long wooden stairway that leads to a river side location. Pay per use clothes washers and dryers are available on the lower level of the complex.
This condo is a very good value and my wife expressed interest in renting here again. We may be back."
