  • Amazing Cabin Retreat

"Wow, wow and wow. What a wonderful place to stay. Has everything you could possibly need, including bicycles, videos, indoor games, fire pit, outdoor games etc. Cabin is spotless, cozy and very homely. So much, we wanted to stay and never leave. Norma greated us on arrival and gave some top tips of where to go/what to do. As mentioned by others, cookies are great as was the whole experience of staying here. Throughly recommend staying here as your base for NH. Top Tip-get your provisions on route) Fabulous."

  • Clean and comfortable stay in a great location

"The listing was as pictured, perhaps a little nicer. Well stocked kitchen and a perfect layout for a stay with our 3 & 5 year old. The condo was clean and in good condition with lots of towels and linens. There were even xtra waterproof mattress pads which was awesome because, even though we'd brought our own, I slept better knowing my 3 year old had a stack under him Princess and the Pea style. We were a little sad to leave the convenience of the hallway washer dryer and head back to our dank basement laundry arrangement. Sigh. The full kitchen has all the necessary tools so we hit up the local market and made some meals. We saved money and saved ourselves from dragging overtired kids out to dinner. The entry has a handy billboard with flyers and menus from local spots. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, bathroom w/ tub, TV and access to the deck. It also has plenty of floor space for air mattress guests. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a good sized closet. A full bathroom, with tub, is off the hallway. No AC but, with the windows open and fans on, the condo was very cool at night. Everyone enjoyed the couches with recliners on each end (they can be unplugged if your kids won’t stop pushing the button). Nice size table for dining and playing with Matchbox cars. The owner was quick to respond to reservation emails and the clubhouse staff was very friendly. Had we needed them I'm sure they would have taken good care of us. The clubhouse could stand a little updating but it's clean and the included pass gets your crew in for free! We all enjoyed the pool, big Jacuzzi, dry sauna, ping pong tables, video games and playground. No need to bring pool towels, they have stacks at the front desk. It’s a very short drive to North Conway and StoryLand. It's about a 40 min drive to the Lincoln area. We enjoyed the package ticket to Flume Gorge and Cannon Mountain's Ariel Tramway (free ski museum at Cannon). We happily happened upon Crawford Notch State Park which beautifully offers up history, hiking, picnic tables, photo ops, a gift shop, a small cafe and public restrooms. We would recommend this rental to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!"

  • The Perfect Moutain Getaway

"Our family of four just spent the past week in Lori's unit and loved it! Everything we could have possibly needed was all right within arms reach. When we arrived, the unit was immaculate, with fresh towels and bed linens at the ready. The girls had their own room that they immediately made their own with the boatload of toys and stuffies that made the trip. Mom and Dad were equally thrilled to have a large master suite with a full bathroom. The unit itself was spacious, nicely laid out and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The air condititioning was more than adequate and a God send after a day at Story Land. There were also fans in every room for those night when the air conditioning was a bit too much. The Club House had a lot of downtime activities to keep the girls busy, including a hot tub and heating pool. The playground nestled behind the Club House was a nice quiet little oasis for the girls to burn off some steam. The Staff, both at the Club House and around the grounds, were always cheery and helpful. Location wise, it was close to everything. Story Land and Cranmore Mountain were just minutes away, as was Echo Lake and plenty of places to eat. We pretty much had the Margherita Grill on speed dial ... Given the chance to stay in Lori's unit again, we'd do so without hesitation. Everything went without a hitch and that made our vacation that much more enjoyable."

  • Fabulous Ski Vacation

"This was our second annual February ski vacation at The Jackson Estate and it was fabulous! The property is diligently maintained including brand new grill grates, duly noted by all the chefs in our group, and enhancements made to the hot tub that were enjoyed by all. The home is perfect to share with several families and the location is ideal to access several ski slopes (Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat) and cross country trails. We enjoy the Great Room especially since it is large enough for all to congregate to enjoy the breathtaking views, make a meal, or enjoy a drink, or two! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us all and we look forward to our next visit!"
