  • Worked out well for our families

"My review would echo many of the other accolades. Great location, quick response from owner, quiet area, beautiful kitchen, clean. We may have been the first renters of the season as the propane tank needed to be filled(no biggie and owner offered to refund). I agree the outside is dated and not really a good set up for young kids. We played outside a little in the driveway area but that was it. Would of liked a little more space. Definitely could of used some TLC on yard work too. I did like the multi levels for some privacy. It was slightly difficult because we were 2 families with 4 kids 5 and under, so we split up adults and kids to make it work but it really was fine and we knew that going into it. We loved that we were close to Echo Lake, Storyland and Diana's Bath. Great weekend all around."

  • Paradise in the mountains

"This apartment was far more than I ever expected. From the pictures online it looked beautiful but a lot smaller than it actually was. Gorgeous open living space perfect for myself and two children although could have fit three more people no problem. Very convenient location to all ski mountains in the area and shopping. Bob was very helpful and informative and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We can't wait to go back again as it truly felt like our home away from home."

  • Beautiful, spacious, easy to find, private

"We felt excitement as soon as we entered the house. There is a lot of beautiful wood and Attractive furniture and it felt very new. I took pictures out every window and we could Hear the roaring brook every time we pulled up to the house, so I convinced everyone To walk maybe 15 steps into the woods and we saw the Tucker Brook but no bears. The White Mountains are beautiful and many things to do, many wonderful restaurants. Nothing is very far away. We drove on many beautiful drives and researched before we Arrived and LOVED the towns, steeples, covered bridges, trails, parks, rivers, waterfalls, trees And it goes on & on. The house is welcoming, grocery store nearby, church nearby, just a great location and a lovely house with a view on a hill. We enjoyed Littleton, Sugar Hill, Robert Frost House, Chutters, Littleton Riverwalk, Polly's Pancake Parlor, The Flume, the Lost River, Kancamagus Highway, Cannon Aerial Tram, Mt. Washington Hotel, The Basin, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Milan Hill State Park Fire Tower and Sunset. We enjoyed 111 Grill, The Little Grill at the Depot, Dutch Treat in Franconia, Yankee Smokehouse(West Ossipee) Gordi's in Lincoln, Northland Restaurant in Berlin, and we loved them all. We saw a beautiful SUNSET on highway 115 that we will never forget! Four adults thought we had an awesome time, trees had color, only disappointment was we did not see moose or bear which would have thrilled me , maybe next time."

  • Close to Loon

"We stayed at this beautiful home with our 2 adult daughters and their families. It fit our needs perfectly. The property was well maintained and Tom made the process very easy. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the area. We can't wait to return."
