  • Clean and comfortable stay in a great location

"The listing was as pictured, perhaps a little nicer. Well stocked kitchen and a perfect layout for a stay with our 3 & 5 year old. The condo was clean and in good condition with lots of towels and linens. There were even xtra waterproof mattress pads which was awesome because, even though we'd brought our own, I slept better knowing my 3 year old had a stack under him Princess and the Pea style. We were a little sad to leave the convenience of the hallway washer dryer and head back to our dank basement laundry arrangement. Sigh. The full kitchen has all the necessary tools so we hit up the local market and made some meals. We saved money and saved ourselves from dragging overtired kids out to dinner. The entry has a handy billboard with flyers and menus from local spots. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, bathroom w/ tub, TV and access to the deck. It also has plenty of floor space for air mattress guests. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a good sized closet. A full bathroom, with tub, is off the hallway. No AC but, with the windows open and fans on, the condo was very cool at night. Everyone enjoyed the couches with recliners on each end (they can be unplugged if your kids won’t stop pushing the button). Nice size table for dining and playing with Matchbox cars. The owner was quick to respond to reservation emails and the clubhouse staff was very friendly. Had we needed them I'm sure they would have taken good care of us. The clubhouse could stand a little updating but it's clean and the included pass gets your crew in for free! We all enjoyed the pool, big Jacuzzi, dry sauna, ping pong tables, video games and playground. No need to bring pool towels, they have stacks at the front desk. It’s a very short drive to North Conway and StoryLand. It's about a 40 min drive to the Lincoln area. We enjoyed the package ticket to Flume Gorge and Cannon Mountain's Ariel Tramway (free ski museum at Cannon). We happily happened upon Crawford Notch State Park which beautifully offers up history, hiking, picnic tables, photo ops, a gift shop, a small cafe and public restrooms. We would recommend this rental to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!"

  • Great "home away from home"

"My husband, 2 teenage children and I had a great time staying at this property for 3 nights. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Although we choose to eat dinner out each night, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies if we wanted to cook. The property is beautiful, the Koi pond was full of fish, the fire pit was lit nightly, the indoor & outdoor pools were nice and clean. It truly is a home away from home!! Gary was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We look forward to hopefully enjoying another family vacation at this property in the future."

  • beautiful property, excellent location

"We were a group of 6 adults and this house suited our needs perfectly. The house was very clean, with beautiful surroundings and scenery. The first day we were there, the central air conditioning wasn't working properly. We called the property manager, who responded quickly and the a/c was fixed. The location can't be beat, with nature hikes and trails all within a short drive away and shopping walking distance. We all had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed this large, beautiful home."

  • Beautiful & Relaxing

"I recently stayed here with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. The condo was lovely. I would give it an "A" unless you stay during the heat of the summer because there is no air-conditioning. Unfortunately, it was record heat while we stayed and I tried to make it as cool as possible, as the owners left fans for us (thank you!). Believe me, it was hotter outside than in!! The condo itself is lovely and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. The furniture & beds are comfortable and having 2 bathrooms made it a luxury for us! The condo itself was quite large and more than what I expected. It is super-close to Storyland, which is the main reason we visit in the Summer (the kiddos love Storyland). And downtown No. Conway is just as close in the opposite direction. The kiddos and I took advantage of a wooded path we found and I took them on a nature hike, which they loved! Two of the three days we were there it was sunny and we were busy & on-the-go. On the third full day there, it poured buckets but we stayed busy building a puzzle, playing games, watched a couple of movies, read books, and then the "boys" cooked us a delicious pork tenderloin dinner (a real treat for my daughter & I). We really enjoyed our stay here. Tucked away from the main roads, this condo has a dream deck which overlooks the mountains. I would definitely recommend this as a tranquil family get-away spot. I've stayed several places over the years in NH and this is one of the best yet. You won't be sorry, as the views, the condo, and the proximity to everything would be hard to match elsewhere! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!"
