  • five 24K gold stars property

"I was searching VRBO website looking for a special place to celebrate mom's 80th bday (5 adults and dog) Choose the lake house based on excellent reviews and pics. Soon I walked in this beautiful lake house, I knew I picked the right property and will be a perfect getaway celebration. The house has very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, the abundance of natural light, warm tone of paint on the walls, kitchen cabinets , furniture, art; all together a blend of modern with little antique details. Breathtaking views of the lake through spotless windows or from well done deck/terrace, unique experience watching the sunset from bathtub in a calm, quiet winter afternoon. Chef kitchen with top of the line appliances (including my favorite one-Gaggia cofee/espresso machine), very comfortable and cozy bedrooms, upscale bathrooms, professional sound system and my favorite room-sunroom watching every morning the show created by sunrays, clouds, seagulls and ducks. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, very prompt responses and easy to communicate, extremely quick refund of the deposit. Can't say enough excellent comments about this property and can't wait to go back!"

  • BEST BEACH HOUSE IN ASBURY!

"My family of four, which includes two teenagers, just spent an amazing week at this property. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed. Well manicured property, picturesque porch, and a view of the oceanfront that could be seen from our parking spot out front! Once inside, we could not believe how impeccable this place was. Extremely spacious, updated decor, and squeaky clean. The amenities were endless...state of the art kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, ALL linens for beds, bath, and beach, beach chairs for the entire family, beach umbrella, beach games, beach wagon to lug it all, and bikes as well. It was even stocked with initial toiletries. The beach was two blocks up and downtown was three blocks over, both having more than enough to do. Mixed with plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as activities for the kids (and adults!) such as the pinball arcade, miniature golf, and pedal boats on the lake. When it was time to head out, we didn't want to leave. We look forward to vacationing here again!"

  • Lovely apartment. Spacious and close to the beach.

"Apartment was great, on the first floor of a residential building, easy 2 blocks to the beach and to the very northern end of the boardwalk. Living room was laid out nicely for entertainment with a large flat screen tv. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Building and neighborhood was quiet, but longer walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Owner was responsive and accessible for questions. We just stayed for the weekend. If we had stayed longer and wanted to cook, we would have wanted more of the fridge to be emptied out. Overall, a very good experience."

  • What a joyous place to stay!

"This apartment is beautifully decorated. There is so much to take in that I hesitated going outside to explore. We did go out every day during our week long stay. We looked forward to going back to this apartment at the end of each night. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the ocean and many restaurants. Our favorite breakfast spot was Toast. They serve red velvet pancakes. The nightlife is bustling in Asbury Park. You can walk around and enjoy a variety of live music. We also took a short drive up the coast to Highlands NJ. You can catch a ferry to NYC there for a modest price. If you get there a little early you might stop by Witch Water Coffee. Great food and a fun atmosphere. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining you can easily do that from the apartment. The kitchen is fantastic and there is ample seating. Jenine is a wonderful host and easy to reach with any questions. I would highly recommend taking the opportunity to stay here."
