  • Amazing

"This rental has everything and more to offer. Furnishings and details are impeccable. We had my Daughter's wedding on LBI the week we stayed. The accommodations for this event was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot say enough with regard to our stay here. Never wanted to leave, & would love to rent again."

  • Small ,clean bungalow but overpriced.

"Owner very responsive via email if any issues. Overall its a nice clean bungalow but very small-bungalow homes are tiny probably like 1100 -1200 sq ft Nice big backyard recently redone with a large picnic table and umbrella. Good outdoor shower and large clothesline to hang towels. Inside though was an issue for us and the kitchen was a TINY box. There was a table but so tight and you could barely move to get into your chair since counters or appliances behind 2 of the chairs. Also the only "updated" appliance was the refrigerator. Oven and Dishwasher were ancient. Cabinet space was slim and no counter space at all except one tiny piece in front of coffee maker. The range is a very old 24 inch oven and the cooktop had cooking grates that would not sit flat so food in pan cooked unevenly. DW did work well enough though but very loud. Its on its last legs too. If you like to cook your meals in this is not the place. No island or counters to prep food. However there was a very nice Weber barbecue out back and we decided to just barbecue all of our meals. That worked out fine since we had all sunny days and no rain. Some of the pots were scratched on non stick surface and not good. Plenty of plates and glasses. No very large pots found to cook corn or lobster. Since the kitchen table was so tiny you could eat outside on picnic table and fit 6 people very comfortably. Inside one TV in LR and one bath which was not updated. Looks like original bathtub with rust stains. Water pressure in this place was below expectations. We took all of our showers outside in outdoor shower. Washer was in the kitchen taking up room and dryer in the garage. Location to beach was very close and Acme right down the block. House has 4 bedrooms but no bath upstairs for the 2 bedrooms. This house had no Sandy damage according to the owner FYI. The street had mostly nicely kept homes some redone on the outside at least."

  • Perfect Beach Rental so close to the beach!

"Perfect rental for our family of 5 (and even our dog). So close to the nicest, most uncrowded beach. Such an easy walk. Deborah was so easy and pleasant to work with. She met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious. We loved having drinks on the deck before dinner and there was plenty of room on the property for our bikes and for parking. The location of this house was just perfect to all the good restaurants, a bike rental shop and not too far from the bridge on switchover Saturday which does help with the traffic on the island. The kids found the bike ride down to bay village an easy 20 minute ride. Quiet street too. Will definitely be back."

  • The best beach vacation ever!

"We rented this home for our large family and it was all it promised to be and more. The home was both welcoming and immaculate and Elise and Frank are wonderful hosts and took care of every detail of their home to make our stay enjoyable. They provide a book with everything you would need to know while staying at their home, which was invaluable. And the amenities were amazing! There was a well-stocked modern kitchen with lots of pots and pans for cooking, many dishes for eating on, large bowls for family style serving of food and plenty of seating. In addition, the home has large smart TV's, comfortable beds, games for the kids, fabulous hot tub, BBQ grill and all the comforts of home. The rooms were airy and spacious and their gorgeous covered porch (where we lived every day!) was wonderful to sit on to feel the ocean breezes. The two upper decks were wonderful to catch the sunsets. The entire home is beautiful and Elise and Frank encourage the renters to tell them if anything is not up to par and it is taken care of immediately. We feel already like family and this is because of the hospitality that Elise and Frank extend. The home is convenient to the bay where our sons did some crabbing and it is a short walk to the beach. The Acme supermarket was also within a short walk…which was invaluable for purchasing the little things that we forgot to take with us. The home is close to restaurants (check out the Skipper Dipper for ice cream…also within walking distance) and a short drive to mini golf and Fantasy Island amusement park for the kids. I can’t say enough positive things about our hosts Elise and Frank and how they made our beach vacation one to remember."
