  • Great beach house!

"We just came back from our two week vacation at 211 Pearl Street. We had a wonderful time and it is a great house. The home is well equipped for a large family, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The appliances are all in good working order. The beds are all comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Just a short walk to the beach and just steps to Pearl Street Market. Great owners, just a great spot."

  • Beach Haven in the Palm of Your Hand

"Once again, we greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in the heart of Beach Haven. It's hard to imagine a more perfect location: a block from the beach, a block from from restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream shops, the incredible Pearl Street Market, tennis courts, baseball/LAX fields, surf shop, and bike/board rentals. Venture over another block and it's Murphy's grocery store, and the all that Beach Haven has to offer for restaurants (The Oyster Bar, The Black Whale, Buckalew's, etc.) and shops such as How to Live. Having three teenagers and a tween, there is no shortage of things to keep them busy that are also very close by. That makes for a much more enjoyable vacation for the parents, too. That being said, we've had a number of visitor come in and say, "this beach house would be perfect for a girls' getaway." Agreed. But I think it has appeal for just about any family or group. But if you don't want to move an inch, this beach house is an absolute beautiful, one-of-a-kind property with a restful back patio to lounge in or have a family meal. The bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans and large beds. The design throughout the house is so appealing: sort of a French country living meets the Shore. In the evening, it all looks a bit magical with the special lighting elements. Everything you need is there, including beach badges and beach chairs for all. The neighboring homes are also quite nice, and so it has a quiet small town America feel to the block, yet it is just a few blocks from the very center of the Beach Haven nightlife. Moreover, the property owner is always attentive, prompt, and easy to work with. It's been a pleasure. After staying here two summers in a row (and having stayed in many other homes in Beach Haven, Harvey Cedars, and Surf City over the years), I can't imagine a better spot to enjoy LBI. Until next year, Beach Haven... Mark R. Mt. Vernon, VA"

  • Everything we hoped for and more

"From my first correspondence with Tim until the morning we checked out, everything was positive. Reservations were easy, questions were answered promptly and the house and neighborhood met our families expectations. The description of the house was accurate and we were able to accommodate our multiple families of 4, 2, 2, and 1. The first floor of the house has recently been upgraded and the second floor has the beach cape feeling. Air conditioning throughout made for comfortable temperatures when needed but our party enjoyed the sea breeze and of course the screened in porch was the biggest hit. There was also a rooftop deck that provided some wonderful star gazing and a.m. sunrises. The backyard had plenty of space for beach equipment storage, outdoor shower, picnic table, outdoor dinning table and chairs and umbrella, and grill. Approximately ten houses to the beach and three houses from the boulevard (don't let the quick access to the boulevard deter you, the house was so quiet we never heard the street noise at all!). A quaint neighborhood with Wawa for the conveniences, Marvels for the donuts, fritzes liquors, and dinning at Woodies too, Terrace Tavern, and the California Grill. We couldn't forget the ice cream on the corner. Of course there was quick access by car or foot to the putt putt on 34th Street, or Bay Village in Beach Haven. We also decided to go fishing in the Atlantic and traveled up to Barnegat Light for a fishing charter but there are also charters in Beach Haven too. The guarded beach was wonderful at the end of our street too. The neighbors were friendly. Our members of our party have been coming to LBI for 12 years, 30 years, 20 years and 30 years and we all agreed that this house met our beach vacation needs, at a fair price, in a nice neighborhood, and quality owners. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Spotless

"Was a great house, absolutely adorable, clean and had everything I needed to cook meals. It would have been great to have a washer and dryer but that was the only downfall. Would definitely rent again."
