  • Beach Haven Crest late summer rental 2015

"Best points: *Location *Cleanliness of the apartment/flat *Comfortable beds *Outfitted Kitchen (refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils) *New gas grill *A brand new large Acme grocery story is a few blocks further south on the Blvd. *Fun little artistic stores *Miniature golf all over the island *Maritime Museum...a must see *Brigantine Light House *Skipper Dipper Ice Cream! *Close to Beach Haven Crest Post Office, a drop off point for NYC shuttle to LBI. Points which need attention: *Living Room Furniture is a little worn and should be replaced. *Microwave is a very old model and needs to be replaced. Commendable: Called one of the owners because there was water on the kitchen floor from the sink area and the grill did not work. He came that same day and fixed both problems, replacing the grill with a new one, to boot. My husband, our grown daughter and a dear friend of hers from NYC greatly enjoyed our stay here this summer for a number of reasons, especially proximity to the ocean (three houses away), and the many close by activities, within biking distance. The museums and miniature golf are nice afternoon or evening activities, too. LBI is beautiful!"

  • Fabulous place to spend a week!

"My family, including four children, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren spent an awesome week at Hanover House. Its location is perfect - right on the beach and very near a lifeguard. The 15 included beach passes were plenty for all of us. The huge kitchen, dining area, living room, and two decks were plenty of room for all 11 of us to spread out. We swam, flew kites, did jigsaw puzzles, played games, and took short trips all over the island. Our 11-year old was thrilled that it was just a short block's walk to the bakery and ice-cream store, and our 7-year-old was delighted that the arcade an mini-golf were also just a short walk away. The house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-site parking. The house is decorated in a lovely casual beach theme. The kitchens are both well equipped, and the property manager met us to give us an orientation and answer all of our questions. Can't wait to return!"

  • Here's why you should stay at Sal's

"Sal's place is great for a number of reasons. You're going to want a clean, updated house. You're going to want a large front deck that gets the warm sun all day long, until sunset. You're going to want to be a few blocks from Fantasy Island and all its cool stores and good food. You'll want a really down-to-earth host that will respond fast, help you out with anything, be flexible, and let you enjoy your time without interruption. You'll get beach badges, some bikes, some chairs, a basketball court, a big grill, and plenty of parking. Basically, you'll get want you're looking for: location, fun, and relaxation."
