  • What a cozy little cottage!

"We LOVED staying at Dragonfly Cottage for a long weekend! It is such a cute little cottage situated on a great piece of property that makes it so peaceful and relaxing! It is 5-10 minutes from the beaches and down town. Stephanie provides everything you would find in a hotel or cabin! There is even a a gas fire place for chilly nights! Stephanie is so sweet to provide her guests with beach tags, bicycles, sand chairs and discount cards for many of the local restaurants and attractions. She thought of everything!!! She even recommended a great place to get a spa type massage right up the street! We were really impressed and thrilled to have found such a gem!"

  • Rob

"If you like the quiet, the serenity of a safe community, and enjoy walking to your favorite spots, this is the place for you! Ideal for two families! Kim's place is clean, tidy, and it has all the amenities necessary for a home-away-from-home; all appliances are functional, and we love the outdoor shower! The interior decor compliments a beach vacation. We looked forward to the end of our day hanging out in the warmth of the house, reminiscing the day's events or sipping coffee on the back porch early in the morning anticipating the day at the beach. Affordable for the location. We did not mind the two blocks from the beach - traffic is practically nonexistent The 20-minute stroll to Washington Square and to our favorite restaurants is pleasant and quite scenic if you love architecture. Love walking pass Cape May's beautiful homes with their exquisite landscaped yards. Previous stays were downtown, although accessible to our favorite shops, we had to put up with the street noise at night. At Kim's place, we could sleep with the windows open on cool nights undisturbed, and peacefully. We look forward to our next vacation knowing we can count on Kim's hospitality. She is quick to respond to your requests to meet your needs."

  • Our Fifth year

"The Best Beach House in Cape May is very impressive . This is the fifth year that my friends and I have rented the house for a long weekend and we will be back next year! We all give it a five-star rating. A short, one-block walk to the beach, this house feels like a home away from home. The property is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I live in North Cape May and my friends come from New York, New Jersey, Indianapolis, Connecticut, and West Virginia. I consider this residence as truly the best beach house in Cape May! We had a wonderful time. If you stay here I believe you will have a good time too and collect many good memories."

  • Perfect retreat!

"I booked this house for a week long family reunion. The setting couldn't have been more perfect! We spent many wonderful hours on the upstairs bay-facing deck, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night. The dead end road ensured there was very little traffic or noise. Inside, the kitchen provided everything we needed, the sitting areas were cozy, and everyone got a great nights sleep in the comfy beds. A huge bonus to renting this house were the availability of towels, linens, beach tags and bikes. Dave, the owner, was very responsive, and the house was exactly as described in the listing."
