  • Great house, fab views, wonderful memeories

"We had a wonderful time. The house is just perfect- loved the huge hallways, light airy windows, magnificent views and the atrium with the glass retractable ceiling was a huge hit on the cooler nights. We had great meals we cooked ourselves in the state of the art kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances. And who knew Jasper countertops could look so amazing? Loved all the pull- out refrigerator doors in the cabinets!! Awesome!!! Dinners around the magnificent dining room table (how did they manage to get a table top from one single piece of wood?) were captured on photos and we will enjoy the memories for years to come. I also highly recommend the outdoor hot tub and sauna and the indoor soaking tub in the master suite. (Thanks for stocking the vanity with the Epsom salts with lavender & eucalyptus). Sunny was wonderful and could not have been more helpful- kudos to Sunny!! Thanks Sasha- and feel free to share this review . All 7 of us gave the Adobe Zen House 5 stars out of 5 stars."

  • Beautiful view at a beautiful home

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely stay here again! The views are beautiful and sitting out in the hot tub in the evening is amazing to see all the twinkling lights in Taos. When we weren't enjoying the nightly views, we were enjoying watching Redbox movies on the cool projection theater. During the days, we would have late breakfast on the patio or looking out at the view and then venture into town to see the various sites. It was even a convenient location to see the gorge and to drive to Red River and Taos Ski Valley. I would highly recommend this property, especially for the seclusion and comfort. The only downside was that it gets VERY bright in the bedrooms very early. So,e blackout curtains would be wonderful. Definitely not a deal breaker though - I could sleep when I got home. Who needs to sleep on vacation anyway"

  • Perfect Getaway Spot!

"What a fun space! We spent 3 nights in this rental last week & it was better than we expected. First, the location could not be better - only a couple minutes walk to the plaza. And when you step into the casita you feel as though you have stepped into another world - the decor is what I would call a good kind of "quirky." The pictures on the website portray the space accurately, but they can't do it justice. You have to see it in person to get the full effect. It takes awhile to take it all in and you discover new things over the course of your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has both a tub and shower. The trundle bed is very comfortable should you need to use it. Great internet service and cable tv. The only issue we had was that the thermostat for the heat was locked and we could not adjust the temperature, so it got a little nippy inside after the sun went down (easily corrected but something you should ask about.) Also, you need to be able to climb a rather steep spiral staircase to get to the bedroom, so keep that in mind (not a negative for most folks, but something to keep in mind if you have trouble with steps.) This was a wonderful, reasonably priced place which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend it."

  • Quaint, quiet and comfortable home very close to downtown Taos, very friendly owners.

"Loved this house. The in-floor heat is terrific, the views of the surrounding fields and mountains are brilliant, the living room and kitchen are spacious and the hot tub is private and off the master. Fully equipped with everything you need and the owners made us fresh scones for our arrival. Highly recommended if you are coming to Taos for any amount of time."
