  • Awesome place

"We had stayed two nights at another vrbo that was not as advertised. So I began searching for something in the Albuquerque area that was spacious and away from the crowds. We found this listing and the pictures looked unbelievable. We saw that it was available for the duration of our vacation so I booked it online. We soon after, within an hour, received a call from Ted. He personally welcomed us and explained some further details of his property. He was very personable and explained to us he would do whatever he could to make our stay at his property outstanding being that the previous place was a let down. He emailed me explicit driving directions and all the personal nuances of his property. When we pulled up to the house and entered, my wife and I almost dropped our jaws when we looked at the view out the windows. Spectacular doesn't do it justice. It is amazing!! The house is first class in every detail. The kitchen is the nicest I have ever been in. I love to cook and could really feel like I was a first class chef in this kitchen. We love to walk. Every day we would take a 5 mile walk on the very quiet and uninhabited roads the led out of the property. I love to golf and found out that one of NM top rated courses was just minutes away. Great course. Coming from Minnesota and this being our very first trip to NM we found the area, the mountains and the house to be truly amazing. After our first day my wife asked me to book it for next year she loved it so much. If you like the outdoors, quiet and being away from it all, you will love this first class home."

  • Great location, cozy, excellent value.

"I liked the little casita and will stay there again. I would LOVE the casita if just a few minor changes were made: some hooks in the bathroom to hang things, a long table or bench to set suitcases on, some hangers in the closet and maybe a coat tree or hooks to hang coats. There's a cute trunk at the foot of the bed but it's locked and has a curved top so it takes up valuable space but is completely non-functional. In my opinion, the room could be made a lot cuter with some nicer bed linens, curtains, and rugs. Also, the sun comes directly into your eyes from the little square windows in the morning (but the two square throw pillows fit perfectly in the windows...). All in all, very comfortable though. I liked the radiant heat (the air wasn't as dry as a lot of places in Santa Fe); plenty of hot water (also an issue in Santa Fe); a reasonably comfortable bed, and the quiet residential area made for a pleasant stay. One helpful tip: don't try to find the place for the first time at night! It's a very dark street and I had trouble finding the driveway."

  • Cozy and Comfortable

"We booked this property for Christmas in Santa Fe and it was just great! The location is so convenient and the home is very comfortable and well equipped. Me, my husband, our two kids and my parents all fit comfortably in the home and were warm and snug in the thick adobe. It was a charming place to spend our holiday!"

  • Great location and space.

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great casita in walking distance to the plaza. It's spacious and very comfortable. We used the shared hot tub a few times, which was peaceful and relaxing. My two small negatives are that the shower temperature/pressure was difficult to regulate and that the management company brought a realtor into the casita during our stay. They didn't visit for long (10-20 minutes) but they arrived earlier than disclosed and my fiance felt rushed to straighten up the casita and leave the house (which was a little stressful while getting ready for our wedding that weekend). This seems like a simple logistics snag that could have been prevented by arranging a realtor walk-through post-checkout."
