  • Perfect for my needs

"Pretty easy to get to; in a nice, secluded neighborhood; Nice, clean, neat - had a Euro-feel to it; kitchen was well-equipped; There are no window coverings in the bedrooms which, at first, feels a bit uncomfortable, but you get used to it since it is so secluded, surrounded by pinon pines and other scrub brush. Bathroom is nice, but could use counter space to put toiletries, but I just used the dresser in the bedroom. Hiking is pretty close, but the road to get there does not have a sidewalk nor is there much space on the side of the road to walk - the advantage, though, is that the road is not heavily trafficked. All-in-all a good stay."

  • Beautiful spacious yet cozy house in a perfect location

"My husband and I just checked out and we are already homesick for Casa Cody - we've never been more sad to leave a vacation rental! This was the first time that my expectations of a rental have been totally exceeded. The house and rooms are much bigger than I expected based on the photos. The skylights, particularly in the kitchen, bring in so much natural light. The layout is great - the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, separated by the kitchen, dining room, and living room, so this house would be perfect for families or friends who want to stay together but also want to have a bit of privacy. The kitchen is really well-appointed, including lots of food items and spices we were not expecting, but were really happy we didn't have to purchase for our stay, and the double ovens came in super handy for Thanksgiving! All of the furnishings were high quality, and the bed in the (huge!) master bedroom was very comfortable. The location is fabulous - close to Canyon Road, about a mile to the Plaza, and close to several trail heads for hikes with amazing views of the city. Everything was so clean when we arrived, and there was firewood waiting for us to use in the two fireplaces. The house was decorated for the holidays with luminarias - so beautiful and charming! The one minor downside was the hot water during showers was not consistent (though it seemed better if I adjusted the water pressure to be relatively low), but I think, based on my conversations with the property manager, that will be fixed in the near future. We would be thrilled to stay here again in the future!"

  • This is my Santa Fe!

"What a lovely, comfortable, and incredibly well-positioned Santa Fe casita! I came to town for a conference and instantly felt at home here. My days began with quiet early-morning walks up Canyon Road and ended with lively evening walks around downtown. Restaurants, art galleries, and all of the conveniences of the city are moments away, but inside this casita, you are perfectly at peace. I will come back to Santa Fe, and I will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you for being a gracious host, Carlos!"
