  • Perfect location and a very welcoming home!

"The Sunset home was very inviting and comfortable. Plenty of room for our adult children and ourselves, with many spaces to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It was wonderful to go out onto the covered deck to enjoy our morning coffee. It really felt like home, and it is so close to all the sights downtown. We are already talking about going back to Santa Fe and staying in the Sunset house. I would recommend this property to everyone!"

  • Casita H

"Great location, but our unit, H, was a bit tired and worn out inside...needs a makeover. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Nice to have a fully outfitted kitchen, and the maps of the area were very helpful. You can walk to 2 of the 3 major shopping areas, and good restaurants abound. Do not miss Clafoutis, french bakery and breakfast/lunch place only 3 minutes by foot from our door. The wait in line is definitely worth it! Thank you!"

  • Great home away from home!

"Cute, cozy and immediately welcoming. Three of us stayed at the casita and were quite comfortable with plenty of space for musical instruments and ski gear. Diana got in touch with me within hours, was wonderfully hospitable and accommodating in our last-minute plans to stay in Santa Fe. Great location, too! We took advantage of a great ski weekend and the lovely post-Christmas sights of Santa Fe. The well-stocked kitchen of the casita made cooking several meals easy, plus being located close to Whole Foods was convenient. We took advantage of good downtown restaurants as well (India Palace and Upper Crust Pizza). I would definitely recommend this property."

  • Perfect vacation getaway

"This was our second stay at Casita de la Paz, and we found it just as wonderful as we did the first time. Though it is just five minutes north of the Plaza, the property is private, quiet, and utterly peaceful. The casita is in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, surrounded beautiful desert foliage-- piñons, junipers, silver olive trees, chamisa, and purple sage. Early morning coffee on the deck is lovely, with a bit of chill in the air. In the evenings, the spot is perfect for drinking wine, grilling on the barbecue, watching the clouds go by, and taking in the mountain views. Inside, the casita has everything you need....well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, comfy king sized bed, attractive furnishings. Richard, who manages the property, is helpful and attentive to all guest needs. We will certainly be back!"
