  • Spectacular Location, Wonderful Accommodations, & Unforgettable Memories

"There is nothing remarkably negative to report about this "HomeAway" or Mary Ann and that's difficult for me to admit. I'm a glass-half-empty type. Here's what to expect with Property ID 163474: - Mary Ann is remarkably kind. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable about all of her properties and local attractions, and optimistic. (Our flight got in *way* before check-in time and Mary Ann was already at the property and let us drop our bags off so we could immediately enjoy Santa Fe.) - The property is neatly settled onto a quiet side-street just off one of downtown Santa Fe's main transportation arteries. (The Santa Fe Cooking School and Gerorgia O'Keefe Museum are a stone's throw away from the back patio. There's also an Albertsons just a 10 minute stroll away.) - The layout of the property is in a beautiful square. In the north quadrant is the kitchen (gas stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) eating nook, and dining room that fits four people comfortably. The east quadrant holds a quaint fenced in patio with a grill (propane) that connects to the dinning room and master suite (with a queen size bed) to the south. The south quadrant also holds a full bath, washer/dryer, and den with a large flatscreen TV with cable. Finally, the west quadrant holds a sitting room and smaller bedroom (with a queen size mattress) with a walk-in closet and full bath. [Both beds do not have headboards, so if you're a fidgety sleeper, you might lose your pillows] There are two stairs to the master suite and from one of the main entrances, so half of the house (north and west quadrants) is not wheelchair accessible. - The whole house heats and cools on central air and floor board heaters which are (thankfully) quick to respond. - As with your home, this "HomeAway" is what you make of it. All of the core essentials are here to make this an unforgettable home away from home!"

  • Happy new year at Santa Fe!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good time in this house. We were there for the last week of the year. We went skiing and relaxing on days. The bathrooms need a demodulation on the showers, was hard to get the warm water because of the faucet. Overall it is a good house. Thank you"

  • Adorable, Centrally Located Casita

"The location of the property was everything we wanted from our trip: off the main drag, remote, quiet, centrally located between Ojo Caliente, Bandelier National Monument and Santa Fe. The casita itself was intimate and very cozy. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Cary, the owner, was very responsive and gave a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Overall the property exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot with a unique vibe."
