  • Beautiful, well kept, great views and generally inviting home

"I had rented the property for my parents! They loved the house! It has everything you need and more! It is clean, it is well maintained, beautifully decorated and has some of the most awesome views you could ask for! Bob is a great host and very accomodating! My parents loved that Gary came over to say hi and make sure they had everything! They would come back here in a heart beat and I have recommended the house to our seminar participants! Thanks Bob"

  • Santa Fe at its best!

"We were fortunate to have booked Casa Del Oso for a large group of 7 adults. When booking for so many people it can be difficult to make everyone happy, but this home exceeded everyone's expectations. It was fabulous!! The setting is peaceful and quiet, gorgeous views, we loved sitting on the patio and watching the sunsets. The home itself is beautifully decorated with many unique and interesting artifacts. The kitchen and dining area was our favorite gathering place, we were able to visit, cook, eat, pictures do not do it justice it was huge! We loved this home. It has a definite authentic southwest feel, a little away from town, but we loved coming home to its serenity, and beautiful views. Jess the property manager was great to work with, kind and gracious with some of my low tech skills!!! We hope to come back the next time we are in Santa Fe. Thank you for everything!"

  • Comfortable centrally located Casita

"Greatly enjoyed 3 days exploring Santa Fe. Our hostess was most helpful in guiding us toward good eateries and site-seeing. Nice, private, quiet and comfortable apartment w off-street parking and wonderful amenities including a well equipped kitchen, wi-fi, cable TV and a great hot tub."

  • Couldn't have been any better!

"We stayed in Casa Vieja for the entire month of August with our two small dogs and it was pretty much perfection. The house is a genuine old Santa Fe adobe that the owner keeps immaculately maintained. Casa Vieja is cozy, comfy and tastefully decorated. It is located in a gated compound with three houses on the property, in a quiet neighborhood in the interesting (to us) historic older part of Santa Fe. A great deal of thought and care was put into the interior decoration of the house, which is filled with beautiful furniture, oriental rugs, art, and antiques. The mattress was comfortable, the sheets and towels were high quality. The tile work in the bathroom is especially exquisite. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in and is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, pots & pans. The thick adobe walls keeps the house cool, even when it is hot outside and there are plenty of windows to open for a good cross breeze. The house has a fenced courtyard garden which is a lovely place to sit in and drink coffee in the morning. Everything was spanking clean when we arrived and for a reasonable fee, we had Nancy's housekeeper come in and clean once a week. Apodaca Hill is an interesting neighborhood and you can walk to Canyon Road, The Plaza or Museum Hill from Casa Vieja. I've saved the best for last -- Nancy was the perfect hostess, she was attentive and responsive to our needs, but not obtrusive. We hope to return next year."
