"We stayed here for 3 1/2 months this winter and even though El Nino brought lots of snow the casita was always warm and cozy, radiant heated floors and adobe do the trick! The neighborhood is quiet, real Santa Fe, and near enough to the center of town and Museum Hill. The kitchen is open and large, easy for two to share cooking duties. Nice fireplace, fun design. Great washer and dryer, very new. Closet is more than adequate. Nancy attends to any problems/concerns right away, yet she never intrudes on your privacy. Final note, her two dogs are very friendly and fun to have around."

  • Great Place

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a great time and hope to come again. A few points worth considering. A reading light on the right side of the bed in the master bedroom I did hit my head on the way into the bathroom. This is dangerous. The other door to the bathroom did not operate but I already told you about that."

  • The perfect place for the Hansen family to relax, unwind and enjoy Santa Fe. My husband and I were

"very familiar with the Santa Fe area as he graduated with his Masters from the University of New Mexico and we spent many weekends in Santa Fe, but that was 35 years ago. We were looking for a place where our family (our two sons, wives and grandchildren could go and be away from the city a bit, have enough space to be able to get away from each other if needed and have a beautifully set up kitchen so that we could cook some of our evening meals in. From the pictures, I expected a very nice home, but was not prepared for the the way the home was set up for visitors...there were extras of everything, spices, etc. extra towels, beach towels and even shampoo, etc. in each bathroom. We so enjoyed the outdoor spaces which are numerous and all give you a different view of either the mountains or the home...my favorite was the small patio off the dining room where I enjoyed coffee in the morning. The kids loved the big front patio and spent lots of time out there playing with their toys and outdoor games. We will definitely keep this place in mind as our family grows and we need to get away especially in the summer months when the Texas summer heat is so brutal. The mornings of 60 degrees were heaven! Oh yes, the hummingbirds. We have them at our home, but they don't normally come in as frequently as they did at the house once we got the feeders set up...they were fun for everyone to watch in the mornings and the evenings."

  • Spectacular!

"One of the rare vacation rentals that looks even better in reality than in the great photos. The loft was spotless, well-appointed (furnishings, kitchen gear, plenty of luxe linens) and had a great floor plan. The Olympics were on when we were there, so we even used the comfy living room more than we usually would when on vacation. Not far from the new railyard development, including a greenway that you can walk to get into town. We rent apartments often and this one was just spectacular."
