  • Great dog friendly adobe in Arroyo Seco

"Rented Kitty's casita from Aug. 5th - 8th of this year. The pictures looked great and the actual rental, even better. The adobe casita sits on the back of Kitty's property and is very private. Large fenced in yard for our dogs, they loved it. The hot tub was a great way to chill and relax after a long day. The main level consists of the living area and kitchen with the bathroom around the side hallway where there is a large closet for hanging clothing as well as shelves. The stairs up to the bedroom area are rather steep, and the dogs did not want to venture up. The bedroom , which is a loft is very comfortable with plenty of storage in the dresser. The area surrounding the adobe is very quiet and peaceful. It is just a short 2 mile drive into Arroyo Seco, and Taos is just another easy 9 mile drive down the road. We thought we had made a mistake staying so far out of Taos, but it ended up being the main reason we will return again. Thank you Kitty for letting stay in your casita, we will be returning soon."

  • It was a lovely 2 nights stay in Taos. The convenient location to the Plaza & shops was great.

"The unit is perfect for 1-2 people. Plenty of kitchen tools and towels."

  • Great Stay!

"We loved our stay at Best of Both Worlds. Everything downtown is within walking distance of the house. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, cooking utensils and well stocked pantry necessary for dining in if you choose. Otherwise, the walk to downtown is less than 10-15 minutes for breakfast, lunch or dinner (check out Michael's for breakfast; it's amazing.). Beds are very comfortable and despite the smaller sized guest bedroom, it really is a very cozy home. Every afternoon we sat outside on the patio and watched the storms forming over the mountains to the north. Great TV/Cable reception (although we never used it). The internet service is a little slow, but that's forgivable given the geographic location. Thanks for the great experience!"

  • Our Second Visit

"This was our second stay at Ann's wonderful home is less than a year! We stayed for 5 nights in September 2015 and could hardly wait to come back again. On this trip we stayed for 8 nights and still wished for more. Ann is a delightful hostess. She provides every amenity needed to make your stay enjoyable. He back garden was a delight of blooming tulips and daffodils for the plant lover. This was a wonderful time of the year to visit, with cool nights and sunny days. There was still snow in The Taos Ski Valley, just a short drive from this wonderful adobe home. Perfect location to enjoy all of the Taos area. Thank you Ann for another wonderful stay."
