  • Our Second Visit

"This was our second stay at Ann's wonderful home is less than a year! We stayed for 5 nights in September 2015 and could hardly wait to come back again. On this trip we stayed for 8 nights and still wished for more. Ann is a delightful hostess. She provides every amenity needed to make your stay enjoyable. He back garden was a delight of blooming tulips and daffodils for the plant lover. This was a wonderful time of the year to visit, with cool nights and sunny days. There was still snow in The Taos Ski Valley, just a short drive from this wonderful adobe home. Perfect location to enjoy all of the Taos area. Thank you Ann for another wonderful stay."

  • Great Stay, Roomier than Expected!

"This is a very lovingly remodeled Adobe that feels like a home. It is way more spacious than the photos indicate and very comfortable, clean, etc. It was everything you would hope a vacation rental would be at its basic, and so much more. The layout of the place is well thought out for the most space, and our dog loved having the door to the patio in the master bedroom. We took advantage of the fire pit out back on the last night. Very nice. Was also nice sitting out on the front porch in the mornings and watching the cars buzz past and the people walking by. I was concerned about Siler being such a busy street, but it was never an issue. (Except for getting our Texas truck into the narrow opening for the driveway, but we soon learned to approach from the Smiths side, and that was no longer a problem. ) We pretty much walked everywhere we went in town: Taos Inn, Bent Street, Plaza, park, Smiths, Bellas, etc. (Walks usually averaged 10-15 minutes one-way.) Overall a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend this nice house. Especially if you have a group where most of the people don't mind sharing one large room for sleeping arrangements - the living room area and the private Master bedroom are perfect for folks with kids."

  • Beautiful setting and great house

"We stayed at the Casa Seco over Christmas/New Years break and loved it. The house is ideal for a family of four. Had everything you need including heated floors! Lots of closet space, washer dryer. Everything. The big windows bring the outside in and its quiet and serene. Love the spacious open plan design. Donna is a great host. We will definitely stay here again. Access to the Ski Valley and the town of Taos are equally convenient. Arroyo Seco has 2 great restaurants now, not to mention the Taos Cow. And the Sol grocery store supplied all our needs. So glad we found the Casa."
