  • Beautiful casita minutes walk from the plaza

"Very spacious house. The pictures do not do it a justice. Location is perfect - few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. It is also on the low traffic street. Has its own, private courtyard. It was very clean - and that is extremely important to us. The booking was no hassle and everything went smoothly. We loved our stay and will definitly stay here in the future."

  • Simply wonderful!

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and fully stocked home. I would encourage the home-owner to have a professional photographer take photos, because the current pictures simply do not do it justice. The common areas are especially lovely, as well as the master suite, and the kitchen has every possible amenity, including a nesppresso coffee maker and milk foamer. It was impeccably clean, and stocked with ample paper products and soap. It is indeed a walking distance to Taos Plaza, which was helpful with our young adult children. The owner/caretaker was exceedingly pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. My only suggestion would be to put twin beds in one of the bedrooms to increase the number of available beds, or perhaps a first rate pull out sofa in the back living room. Overall, this is a first rate property rented by very nice people."

  • My Family Loved Staying Here!!!!!

"From the moment you turn in on Brooks street you immediately feel at home. My wife and two boys stayed here in March during Spring Break. 25 minutes to the ski resort, 5 minutes to center of Taos. Pulling into the driveway and seeing the blue door and the adobe walls you are at peace. Great courtyard with privacy with benches and outside table. Once you walk in to the house you immediately are drawn to the authentic architecture and the beautiful paintings on the walls. Very comfortable with the small wood burning fireplace in the corner, lots of books on local interests and artists. Very, Very quiet inside due to the Adobe walls which was relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The two small beds in the sunroom and the extra bedroom were great for my boys. The master bedroom was was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and worked well for our family. The ambience of the place made it a very memorable trip. It is close to the plaza and several restaurants. I can't wait to go back and spend time in the summer and fall. The owner is awesome and works very hard to make your stay a great experience. If you are looking for a cool place to stay in Taos this is the spot!!!"
