  • Perfect location and great walking neighborhood.

"The Flying Adobe casita is within easy walking distance to both de Vargas and Solana malls. It is also within a quick stroll to historic Plaza downtown. Quiet historic neighborhood in Guadalupe area."

  • Charming!

"This property was located on a quiet little cul-de-sac just minutes away from Old Albuquerque, Petroglyph National Park, and shopping and dining. Balloon Fiesta Park was an easy 20 minute away. Views from the home are nice. We sat on the fencing and watched as the balloons covered the skyline. Some even landed a few yards away! The home itself is in good condition! It was cozy and clean! It is a well lit, fully furnished 3 bed/ 2 bath single family home. which I loved because the neighbors all had duplexes and I don't like sharing. LOL Everything in the home worked properly and there was adequate space for everyone to enjoy their stay comfortably. The owner was very kind and always a text away for questions or concerns about the property. I almost gave this property 4 stars because the windows in the kitchen and living room didn't have any kind of covering on them. There is a tall fence surrounding the property that prohibits people from looking in so it made me a little less paranoid!! I highly recommend this home to any one looking for a prime location and a great price! At the time of the balloon festival hotel prices were from $200+/night. We booked late so our stay was going to cost almost a grand for each family. Finding this house was PERFECT! We all got to stay together as opposed to 2 different hotels and split the price. We cooked every night we were there which ended keeping us within budget even after hitting all of the shops in Old Town. :) Overall, we are very happy with our stay and look forward to visiting Albuquerque again here soon!!"

  • Will definitely rent again

"Was everything that was advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Equipped with everything, just bring your own food. The Car (boat) port was especially nice with room for two boats to keep out of the weather and have adjacent to the house."
