  • Even better than described online!!

"This home was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness. family friendliness and newness of furnishings. No carpet which is ideal for allergy sufferers. Top of line finishes and fixtures throughout. Super cool design and layout. Downstairs unit was great for kids with their own tv sofas bed and bath plus small frig. Still connected to rest of house so adults could easily supervise. Checkin was a breeze and owners were very friendly. Visitors guide was very detailed and helpful. This home was the cleanest of any I have ever rented of any age. Would highly recommend."

  • Wonderful views and hospitality!

"Sarah and Stan made my family feel very welcome. The kids, 4,10,and 13 loved the yard and the wild life. They played outdoors as much as time allowed. The home has many provisions and was well stocked. The views were amazing and enjoyed by all. We could not have picked a more perfect place for them to stay."

  • a most satisfactory experience

"Mitzi was very accommodating for us, allowing a month-long reservation. We enjoyed the late summer to early fall weather while there. At first we needed the swamp cooler for a couple nights, then just open windows and fresh mountain air, until the last couple mornings when we turned on the heat for a spell. It's a comfortable walk downtown to the key destinations and an easy walk, a couple blocks, to WNMU. We found it to be great aerobic walking while there. The Cottage is charming, charming, charming and we appreciated all the efforts over time that Mitzi has put into her place. While she lives next door, she allowed us our privacy. Also, it's a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the whole experience."

  • Great little place in Taos

"My son and I went to Taos for skiing vacation and stayed at Kiva in March 2016. Kiva was just what we needed. Well located to the Plaza and the rest of Taos, well appointed with Taos themed decor, and had all the amenities that we needed. After a long day of skiing it was great to hop in the hot tub for a while each afternoon. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom nice; the washer and dryer came in handy as well. I would definitely stay there again if I go back and only need one bedroom. The Plaza was not far away. We drove each time since the crowds were down, but you could walk it fairly quickly if you needed to. The restaurants were good to. Bella's was great, and The Gorge was good as well. The skiing was fantastic. Took about 30 minutes to get to Taos Ski Valley, but it was an easy drive and there were essentially no lift lines at all."
