  • Sunshine-filled lovely home with beautiful land and view

"We rented Casa Cobre for close to three months this year and loved every minute of our stay. The adobe home was lovingly restored by the meticulous owners resulting in a clean, comfortable, and very liveable space. Unique and creative furnishings added to our enjoyment. The owners were very friendly caring people who truly wanted our stay to be great. We especially loved the quiet. The patio where we overlookied the interesting native plants, watched the Gambel's quail and enjoyed the sunshine was a total delight for Northern Minnesotans. And walking in the arroyo in November was great for butterfly and bird watching. In only about five minutes we could be in the delightful unique town of Silver City to explore the galleries, visit O'Keefes bookstore, shop at the food coop, and dine at some great restaurants. We hope to return to Casa Cobre next winter."

  • Great property!

"This cabin is beautiful and well maintained. I am cold natured and was afraid I would be cold but the cabin was nice and cozy. Heater worked great. Only a 10 min drive to the ski area. The management company was awesome and very helpful. Areas for improvement: we had a hard time with the fireplace - either the fire was going out constantly or the living room was filling with smoke. We eventually figured it out, but directions would be nice. Also, there were no dish towels or sponges in the kitchen, so we had to use bathroom washcloths & towels. Overall, great place to stay!"
