  • Bolton Landing Rocks!!!!

"This second floor five room unit with a porch is ideal as a base to enjoy Bolton Landing. The unit is very comfortable with large rooms, a useful kitchen and central location. One can easily walk to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. If you want to eat-in, the grocery store is two blocks away....The public swimming beach is about one hundred yards away....Bolton Landing is 12 miles north of the Village of Lake George so it is peaceful by comparison and one can quietly enjoy the tranquility of the Lake.... the owners--Mike and Pat--are simply delightful and friendly folks who always ask what they can do to make our stay enjoyable. We found the entire experience both relaxing and tiring--lots of going out walking at night to restaurants for late night libations and music on the weekends....then a good night's sleep back in the unit--and it is a really good value for the price..."

  • Labor Day Getaway

"We took a vacation over Labor Day weekend with friends and had a total of 6 people in our group. Rose was a wonderful hostess, even allowing us to bring our cat. The Pines has all the benefits of home in a great location. It is off the beaten path in wooded setting yet only about 15 minutes from Lake George and their many attractions. In the evening you can grill outside and then relax around the campfire. We had a great time and can't wait to return next summer!"
