  • Paradise on the Point!

"My husband and I attended Americade 2016 with another couple and we stayed in the Halycon rental cottage called Charlene. What a wonderful find!! The views from every angle ofthe property were amazing!! The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed for our weekend away. As soon as we pulled up, Becky was right there to greet us and the same with leaving. Becky was very accommodating in regards to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway to Lake George. It is a little over a mile from the Village of Lake George!! Your close enough to walk if you wanted but it was nice to be just outside of village to avoid all of the hustle and bustle. Thanks Becky!! We will definitely be back!!!"

  • Wonderful stay!

"This house is gorgeous! The downstairs is hardwood and tile and it's all open with many seating areas. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are very large. You can even see a sliver of the lake from the front door. We spent most of our nights outside on the patio playing games and having drinks. The very best part of the house is its proximity to the beach and downtown. We walked to the beach everyday and walked downtown almost every night. Lake George was a wonderful, family friendly vacation."

  • Blissfully Relaxing

"Our family of four has stayed in multiple Lake George locations and we have finally found our perfect spot. The condo is IMMACULATELY clean. It is perfectly appointed and casually furnished - perfect for us and our 13 year old boy and 12 year old girl. We spent many hours enjoying the facilities at Cannon Point - the tranquil sandy beach, the basketball court, the pool, the lawn at the Manor House, the boat dock, the swimming raft, the fishing pier AND the "rugged" peninsula nature walk. If we ran into anyone, they were extremely friendly, but for the most part, we seemed to have the area to ourselves. Compared to the crowds everywhere else, it was so relaxing. Mike answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful - even saw him at the race track during the week! I really cannot express how much we enjoyed it in a review. I am already looking forward to a return trip next summer."

  • Amazing vacation on Glen Lake!!!

"We had a wonderful time at the house on Glen Lake!!! It was even more beautiful than what we imagined from seeing the pictures. The views of the lake from the house are gorgeous, the deck is so relaxing and comfortable, and the adirondack chairs and hammock are also great places to kick back and enjoy the view. We ate most of our meals outside on the deck, in the shade, looking at the water and just feeling great. We used the kayaks every day, as well as the pedal boat, which our 9-year-old daughter loved. We took the pedal boat out into the middle of the lake and jumped into the water right from it, so we really swam wherever we felt like. The water is so clear and a great temperature. We swam multiple times a day. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable. There are books, games, puzzles, and lots of brochures and information about the area. The beds were great and we slept so well. The kitchen is large and has everything you could possibly need or want. We hardly went out to eat, since we loved using the kitchen so much. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean. There's a paved bike path half a mile from the house, which was a surprise to us, and we biked quite a few times right from the property, which was a lot of fun. We also spent two days at Six Flags, and even biked there the second day (taking the bike path most of the way), which was a great way to arrive! We biked to Lake George Village and took a tour boat out on the lake, and went hiking at Pilot's Knob. This was one of the best vacations we've ever had, and by far the best vacation house we've ever rented! We highly recommend it!"
