  • Quiet, rustic, and relaxing

"Our time at Sandy and Don's cabin was incredibly relaxing. This was the first time my wife and I had rented a cabin, but it certainly won't be our last. The cabin was fully stocked with all of the amenities you could ask for. Despite being seemingly tucked away from the world, we were never more than a 10 minute drive from any place we wanted to go. The view from the boat dock is astounding and was an exceptional place to have a quiet cup of coffee (at least as quiet as could be with a rambunctious 1 year old). We did have two wasps sneak their way into the cabin, but that's hardly anyone's fault. I look forward to coming back in a few years when my son is a bit more ready to enjoy himself on the lake. Be sure to hit Gambles Bakery for breakfast - it's not too far from the cabin and the food was delicious."

  • Great house, great location on Lake George

"This house is freshly remodeled with great appliances and a huge family room with vaulted ceilings that opens to the patio. The house is comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The showers were quite luxurious and the master bath offered a steam sauna feature (very relaxing). The house is located across the street from public access to the lake for swimming, and is just a few minutes drive to the village south and Bolton Landing to the north. Be warned, cell phone service (Verizon and ATT) is somewhat spotty in this area, and while the house does offer WiFi, the signal from the router was somewhat weak. The homeowner can be a bit hard to get a hold of if you have any issues, but she is cordial and very accomodating. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking for a comfortable getaway in Lake George"

  • Nicely Appointed and Beautiful Views

"We had a lovely time at this property. We had never been to the Lake George area before, but there is plenty to do nearby. The house had everything one could need, including linens (a big plus not to have to pack that up). Terrific views of the lake. The house is at the upper portion of the complex. You do need to drive down the hill to the lake, not far, but the beach was very nice, the water warm and clear, and each morning someone rakes it up. The pool was also very nice and there were never more than a few people using it at any one time. We're happy to recommend this townhome."

  • Making Memories

"Great family vacation! The vacation home was more than we had expected! Even the hard to impress were impressed. Very, very comfortable and well appointed. The location could not have been better! We rented a pontoon boat and docked it right at our dock. So convenient! We were six adults and six grandchildren. Meals were great together. So much room in the huge kitchen for everyone to get involved. The sunsets were spectacular, no need to ever leave the property! Great memories were made!!! Katelyn of "A Life Made Simple" was a pleasure to work with! Thank you, Rick"
