  • Great Views, secluded yet easy access to everything

"We stayed with our children and absolutely loved it here. The view of Whiteface is spectacular. The Chalet is well appointed. All the amenities of home. Spacious and everything is provided. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation and we will be returning for sure."

  • Comfortable, Well Maintained and Great Location

"Attractive, comfortable, clean and well maintained accommodation, accurately reflected in VRBO profile. Good location in easy walking distance of town centre and easy drive to Whiteface. Becky was really nice to deal with and helpful with local information. Would do it again."

  • vacation

"Once again our stay at this lovely home was truly enjoyed. The home is clean and fully equipped with just about everything you can ask for. Pretty much bring your food, clothes and an attitude to sit back and enjoy Old Forge. We are planning on making this trip again next year."

  • Perfect ADK cabin!

"My husband and I stayed here for the week. The cabin is exactly as it looks in the pictures only better! It had the perfect ADK feel we were looking for. It has everything you would need at home except food. You don't need to bring linens, kitchenware, nothing. The screened in porch and open deck are great for enjoying an outdoor dinner. The outdoor fireplace was so relaxing in the evenings after a long day of hiking high peaks and kayaking. The cabin is very close to either Lake Placid or Keene. The only drawback, and I mean only, is that it sits fairly close to Rt. 73 which is a main road between Lake Placid and Keene, so there is road noise. This is a minimal inconvenience considering all of the positive things about the cabin. We will be staying here again in the future!"
