  • Gorgeous Modern Home Close to Adorable Town

"This was the perfect home in Woodstock, NY, an adorable town with lots to do close by. We were sad to only stay in the home for two nights. It is a short walk into town for shops and restaurants. The home is incredibly well designed, quiet, and comfortable. The geodesic dome was a HUGE hit with our 10 and 12 year old daughters, and a lot of fun to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking utensils and pots/pans, and the living room had a great projection television for evening film watching. The yard was large and lovely, and we saw deer right out back both nights. The owners were easy to work with, and fast to respond. It was the perfect home for a fall getaway."

  • Woodstock Magic

"Secluded but not remote, modern but cozy, eat-off-the-floors clean with a well-stocked kitchen and a wrap-around deck with gorgeous views of rustling trees, Sage is a magical cabin in the woods. From higher-tech touches like a CD/iPod stereo, cable TV and Netflix to smaller touches like plenty of extra towels , up-to-date travel guides and the right kind of coffee filters, Mirav has thought of everything necessary to make guests happy. Mine was a mother-daughter trip so we brought an inflatable bed and it fit perfectly in the bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa, but there is so much sun in the main room that it'd be hard to sleep in there. Of course, the sun is not a bad thing. The many windows brought the outdoors inside. Lots to do in the area: Horseback riding at Payne Too Farm in New Paltz, sailing with Captain Jerome's Tivoli Sailing charters in Kingtston, Opus 40 sculpture garden in Saugerties. And so many restaurants: Red Onion and New World Home Cooking in Saugerties, Oriole9 in Woodstock (actually not a tourist trap) and many more. We were sad to leave and will be back soon!"

  • Last Minute LUCKY skiers!

"Amy and Family, I just wanted to say thank you again for sharing your home with us. We had been looking for a place big enough for all of us (and the dog) the whole month of December, and I'm so glad we found you less than one week from our rental date!! The farm house was awesome. We loved the large, well stocked, open kitchen and gorgeous wide plank wood heated floors. So much charm in this house! There was enough room for 9 adults to hang out AND sleep comfortably. So much fun just hanging out with the kids/family. We played albums, games and completed puzzles together. The weather cooperated and Plattekill Mountain was perfect. No crowds there, easy on/off the ski lifts and accessible inside tables by a fire pit for the non skiers to hang out. Our kids skied for three days straight. The adults being able to use your vochures was an added bonus too! It snowed on Thursday and everything around the mountain and farm looked like a winter wonderland. My family loved it. My sister's family loved it. It really couldn't have been any better. This place was so cozy and comfortable. If we decide to come back to NY next year, we'll definitely contact you. You should totally consider Airbnb if you don't use it already. Thanks again for everything."

  • Amazing experience.

"We had a wonderful time on our stay. Wonderful, warm and comfortable. Our three year old still talks about the amazing time she had in Phoenicia in our little cabin."
