  • Excellent Getaway

"We found the chalet to be in excellent condition and even more beautiful than appears in the pictures... Upon arrival, we found the fireplace already on and some fresh flowers in a vase waiting for us! Richard (host) provided us with an extremely helpful email guiding us to local restaurants, bars, and places to see nearby. He even stopped by for a lovely meet & greet and made us feel very welcome in Woodstock - we could not ask for a better experience. Look forward to returning in the summer when the pool and the barbeque area can also be enjoyed! Many thanks..."

  • lovely vacation home

"We had a fantastic 11 nights at this house. We have rented in the area for 5 straight years, this house was among our favorites. The grounds are beautiful and the pull down screen was great for nightly movies with our 9 year old son. Our dog loved playing with the frogs and joining us on nature hikes in the nearby state park. Kim was a delight to deal with and remarkably available to me. Highly recommend."

  • Cute and cozy country cottage

"6 of use spent the weekend here and had an awesome time! Laura was very helpful and set us up last minute w no problem. Super accommodating. This place is located just minutes from town as well. We spent our time by the fire place playing games and enjoyed tea and coffee on the front porch in the mornings :) very peaceful little place!"

  • Woodstock Magic

"Secluded but not remote, modern but cozy, eat-off-the-floors clean with a well-stocked kitchen and a wrap-around deck with gorgeous views of rustling trees, Sage is a magical cabin in the woods. From higher-tech touches like a CD/iPod stereo, cable TV and Netflix to smaller touches like plenty of extra towels , up-to-date travel guides and the right kind of coffee filters, Mirav has thought of everything necessary to make guests happy. Mine was a mother-daughter trip so we brought an inflatable bed and it fit perfectly in the bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa, but there is so much sun in the main room that it'd be hard to sleep in there. Of course, the sun is not a bad thing. The many windows brought the outdoors inside. Lots to do in the area: Horseback riding at Payne Too Farm in New Paltz, sailing with Captain Jerome's Tivoli Sailing charters in Kingtston, Opus 40 sculpture garden in Saugerties. And so many restaurants: Red Onion and New World Home Cooking in Saugerties, Oriole9 in Woodstock (actually not a tourist trap) and many more. We were sad to leave and will be back soon!"
