  • Wonderfull place to rest & relax

"Was so lucky to find a cottage that was handicapped accessible. It had everything you could want and was Leary so brought sheets, towels and such. Believe me I just left them in the car. Clean neat and comfortable. Was sorry we didn't get to spent more time with the owners, Chris and Jordana as they lovely young couple. Hopefully it works out for us to go back next year. Quiet area and very well kept."

  • Ideally located charming, cozy cottage with private entrance and spa

"My wife and I stayed with the Newman's during a warm spell that dramatically changed our carefully planned and packed winter snowshoeing and x-c skiing vacation. Instead of enjoying the snow, we hiked an abundance of snow-free trails with waterfalls as the destination. On our first day we drove less than an hour to Ithaca and enjoyed walking the paths and viewing the excellent art and bird specimens at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Later, we drove to Taughannock Falls and enjoyed the high overlook with a direct view of the “highest single plunge waterfall east of the Rockies,” and then drove down to Cayuga Lake and parked at the trailhead for an easy 1.5 mile RT walk to the base of the falls. On Day 2 we drove to the town of Cazenovia and enjoyed the local artists featured at an “Artisans” gallery, explored and picnicked at lovely Chittenango Falls, made a recommended stop at the Empire Brewery for a beer sampler on the patio, and ended our day with walks at Pratt Falls and the nearby Green Lakes State Park and Erie Canal Park. It was nice to be able to start and end our days with time in the outdoor spa. Full compact kitchen made it possible to cook evening meals. The breakfast provided was abundant and very good."

  • Home Away From Home-right here!

"We stayed at Kamp Kelly a few weeks ago, and couldn't have been much happier! The house is spacious and well equipped. Plan to LIVE on the screen porch with the French doors thrown wide open, as you stream gentle jazz and wonder why you don't do this more often! (I brought my own Bluetooth speaker) The beds are very comfortable and we were happy there were three private bedrooms for our family. Each bedroom has a sliding door to the upper deck! The living room and kitchen were well equipped and we appreciated the excellent wifi connection throughout our stay. Tip: bring your own mixer and mixing bowls if you plan to cook. Everything else you need is there! We brought kitchen supplies and spices to do plenty of our own cooking. There is a large charcoal grill and utensil set on site, which we took advantage of! I was especially happy to be able to do a load of laundry for our extended stay, and they provide laundry soap, too! :) There are plenty of linens provided, as well. Everything clean and fresh in the house upon arrival! The water is right out the front door and across the lane, which is less travelled-residents only. We were greeted by friendly waves and conversation with neighbors and met the most wonderful puppy, Bunny, who weighs in at 130 pounds! We spent a lot of time in and on the water and canoe. We brought tubes, but would recommend kayaks, too, if you have them and your own life jackets to ensure fit. Once you're here, you'll want to stay! So peaceful! Our evenings on the dock with a fire and s'mores were priceless! About the owners: from first contact, they were professional and accommodating. Communication is quick and we encountered no problems with coordinating our trip. I even sent Tiffani pictures on our first morning. I had picked a small bouquet of flowers from the dock garden and had to share that all was well. She replied right away! :) This is a wonderful place to stay, if it is in the vicinity of your travels. Reserve here and enjoy. We are planning to return next year."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Camp! The name says it all. Very large front yard. We had plenty of room for all five of us. Owner was very helpful if we needed it. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially with children. We hope to be back! Mary Hughes"
